poppadoms were burnt and tasted stale. curry was full of grease,and quite tasteless., chapatties wer'nt even cooked and we're just chucked in the bin, discusting food. have had decent food many times before but wont order drom here again

Just ordered from here. I will not order again. By far the worst chicken tikka masala I've ever tasted ? tastes like pure salt and the poppadoms taste like Burt fire/gas ? oil definitely need changing. Keema nan was not to bad though ?

So I just had a disappointing experience with this takeout, all the chips were badly bruised couldn’t eat them, keema naan , well let’s just say it’s practically naan the tiniest bit of meat in there which is a joke, the curry was soooo dry…tikka massala …, so the mushroom rice was the only one thing I actually enjoyed about the whole meal, it’s not just my opinion either a few people here who also said the same, also just to add you don’t get no mint sauce or anything like that with it and have to pay for 3pound delivery when you are round the corner.. won’t be going back again

I have been using this restaurant for 20 years+. I ordered a chicken tikka naan wrapped in keema this evening, absolutely amazing.

If I could I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star. I use to love this place, then it went down hill I live 10 minutes away from here and when I get it delivered it was always stone cold. I thought leave it a while and went back yesterday instead I drove their to get home to them give me the wrong order! So I phoned and got no where. No sorry no nothing. In fact it was absolutely disgusting. Never will I eat from here again!!?
Do NOT buy anything, oily, horrible taste, my dogs dinner smell and taste better than these lots curries, chefs are Bangali says it all, curry was so damn oily and full of paste which wasn’t even cooked in for long enough and was all bitty, naan was dry and felt like I was eating cardboard, pls avoid, rather have given my money to a homeless man

Had a Tandoori mixed grill which was very good apart from the yoghurt served with it. It was a fruit yoghurt way too sweet.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could.I can't believe the horrendous experience I had. Delivery was 35 mins late, bag was full of leaked oil, all food was extra oily, the chicken was cold on the inside (clearly just microwaved), excess food colouring and burnt nan Breads. Called the shop and was told I'd get a call in 10mins from the manager. 30mins later and no call, I reluctantly went to the shop as I was appaled at the food (spent £35), to seek some resolution. No apology, no offer of resolution.The manager was rude and said I should expect some burning and oil. Pictures show themselves that was not edible. Saying that the food is not fit for consumption, the manager questioned if I ever had Indian food - me being from an Asian family and knowing exactly what it is! They didn't offer a refund but took the rubbish food back. The manager said that the person who deals with refunds isn't here, as he's visiting his dad in hospital - at 10.10 at night!! And how can a manager not do refunds.Absolutely awful experience, will never go there again!
