Impatient staff. We got no sauces or tissues. It’s the staff’s responsibility to give those. Also, my friends ordered once and one of the cashiers started shouting “I have called you so many times why didn’t you come?!” Even though she just called once.

Stale fries, preheated zinger burger, staff member put my change and receipt on to the counter rather than in my gloved hand which I felt was rude, no sauce in the dry zinger burger instead sachets of mayonnaise was put into my bag... all out lazy food preparation and food

I'm sorry to whoever runs this operation (franchise or equity) but the service is horrendous. This is not personal. The service is ignorant, rude, non-approachable, and the team had no sense of assistance to help us with our order (which was missing beverages and sides). If we approached one person at the service counter, before we asked for help the lady immediately stated (I am busy). But to just assist in missing items is not a heavy-laboured task.Management, go back to the drawing board before the next review like this comes through because with a name like KFC, you need to live up to the expectations.

Recently they have added all Indian staff there, and all of them are very rude and unhygienic and some staff can't even speak English. This is not a type of service we expect from KFC. Very disappointing service.
