I've been a McDonald's regular customer for the past decade. But I'm very disappointed in this restaurant. Bought a chicken wrap and it tasted like it was kept in the sun for 3 days. This experience will make me think twice about eating in a McDonald's again.

There is a lady who is called Sadia and she’s absolutely rude and unprofessional. She’s not friendly and always moody to people. Every time she give my other things is missing and when I asked her politely she told me off and make me long wait to remake the order.

Food was hot, served quickly to the table.Scratch atmosphere and go for cleanliness. The tables in the seating area were absolutely filthy - no staff to be seen to clean. We ate quickly and left.

Neglected restaurant and access to it via a road which is more suited to off roading vehicles rather than normal cars. Approach with caution and protect your alloys as some potholes can swallow a car wheel. The inside of the restaurant not much better. Flickering lights which should be a 2 min fix. Worst case should be switched off. Slow service.

Ordered click and serve, order was packed up for delivery and left to go cold. After 20 mins of waiting for my order to be brought to my car I went in to find it being unpacked. Food was cold by the time I made it the 4 minute drive to my house and it was missing several servings of fries. The receipt they taped to the bag clearly said which bay I was parked in and they left it on the side. Appalling service.

What a poor experience!!!Ordered via drive through the server wanted to charge us 10p for sauce then had to ask for sugar for our coffee, no stirrer or serviettes in bag.Very poor customer experience would not recommend or return here!

It was was in a very dilapidated area. The toilets were not very clean and the toilet roll had just been placed on top of the Sani bin and not in the holder. The disabled toilet couldn't really be used as the lock was broken. Had it not been for the lovely staff and fresh cooked food I would have scoured it as a 2 Max.

Better off going to walsgrave or Gallagher. Absolutely shambles and it seems that the management have no clue what they are doing. The staff seem nice enough, I feel it’s a problem of bad management.

I've updated this review as the management has improved dramatically. Food is hotter, fresher and edible. The staff are far more pleasant to what they were before and my only gripe is the likes of drivers for deliveroo, just eat, uber eats etc hanging around the desk so you can't get to be served, I get they've got a job to do but they need a completely separate counter specifically for them. I've walked out half a dozen times or more due to this.Overall my experience here has really improved.
