Just had a great meal here with my wife and 2 year old daughter. We ate from the January rare treat menu which was really good value, with the food being extremely tasty and perfectly cooked.A special big thank you to our waitress Emma, who really looked after all of us and went above and beyond.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly with numerous high chairs available plus crayons and paper to keep the child occupied.

Was served by Kirsty who accommodated for my partners allergies incredibly meticulously, and was polite throughout our experience.We visited to enjoy a Roast Turkey Meal; the atmosphere was marvellous, the place was decorated amazingly and exactly what one would envision for Yuletide. Slightly disappointed the meal didn’t come with any Yorkshire puddings however!The desert was lovely! Chocolate brownie with ice cream; more importantly the brownie was more light in texture which worked well for me! Would like to visit again, for the steak this time!

We both asked for the Christmas Chateau briand,with pigs in blankets etc.It was still clearly listed on the menu until 5pm New Years Eve.We were by told by the waitress that she had checked with the kitchen and they were out of stock and that they would not be replenishing the Xmas menu.The manager said that the offer had finished, when we went at the end of December. So disappointing, we should have been told upon arrival the Christmas offer had finished and they really should have removed the menus for that particular meal, if that was the case. The lovely waitress, Helen, asked the manager, if he would charge the same for our meals,as the chateaubriand to compensate, but he wouldn't. Won't be rushing back, customer service by the management poor.

Just arrived home from having a family birthday meal at Kempas highway miller and carter , we were greeted by Cole , who was friendly and helpful. When the meals arrived 3 people carried out the food , one girl was holding the hot food over the head of my 18 month grandson , I had to ask her twice not to hold it over his head , she just stared , then said be careful it’s hot . One starter had to be sent back because it was raw chicken, the food was mediocre at best and my granddaughter didn’t end up having her dessert as all the fuss with the bill. When we asked for the bill , we had friends and family discount, but didn’t realise we couldn’t use it with set menus. Then the manager ( Nicole ) who was most unhelpful and walked round with a face like a slapped backside ) said we could have it off the drinks , then came back and said we couldn’t, she was rude and unhelpful and kept leaving Cole to come back to us to explain things. As a family of ten , we use miller and carter for family birthdays. But this one was definitely the last time we go there. The place wasn’t clean and we have now found out that she could have taken the 20% off the drinks , she just couldn’t be bothered.

Visited here a few years ago when it first opened Pleasantly surprised this time of how its improved I had the chefs recommended Ribeye Steak, cooked perfectly to my liking & tasted superb, well done to the kitchen My wife had the Lamp Rump, very good Very busy evening & a good buzz Negatives for me were on arriving the lady curtly asked our name & told to follow her to our table, placed menus on table & walked away !!, a bit offhand On making our booking online we were given a glass of wine complimentary , please make your waiting staff aware as to what wines are available on this offer so as to avoid embarrassment when settling the bill Lastly, a great evening of enjoyable food to be let down by silly tissues ( disguised as napkins ), what a shame

Great place I loved the food and the different options. Our waitress Emma was lovely and we had a pleasant conversation with her. The food was amazing very flavourful. I would definitely recommend it. It is quite expensive but in my opinion worth the money.

Don’t have the Eton Mess, it’s awful! A huge lump of hard to break meringue with a bit of cream on top! Spoiled a Boxing Day meal.??

Food came quickly and server Kirsty was very attentive and friendly.Food was amazing as usual, only issue was we ordered the roast potatoes as a side but these were not roast potatoes, more like baby potatoes so we were disappointed with the misadvertising of this.

2 year anniversary & got taken out to this amazing place, our waitress was Ann & she was fantastic, so friendly & nothing was to difficult… we ordered pudding & she bought us a plate that had 2nd anniversary written on it in chocolate with strawberries… such an amazing night…

Lovely well cooked steak but my starter of prawn and avocado salad starter was served on a hot plate! Which was quite worrying.
