Is your family so stingy just to make money?We ordered takeout, and the total amount of Zhajiang Noodles and Zhajiang Lu was only given to the bottom of a small takeout box. The soup dish ordered is said to be a large and hard dish, and it is not enough for one person.One must order one dish and one staple food (noodles or rice), and the per capita consumption is nearly 30 pounds to be full. Please, people who don’t know think we are eating in some high-end restaurant.

The food was alright, but the portion compared to the price given is just a joke. Yeah, the restaurant need to make a profit, but this papa chef guy is just cheap.We ordered pickled cagabe with ribs, and most of the ribs were just bones. I felt like I had just been scammed. Plus, if you are not Chinese, avoid this place. The staff will be really rude to you, and most of the time they won't understand you.

i ordered through deliveroo so i can’t rate the service and atmosphere, but the food is very good, put a lot of ingredients, double the amount we get in Hong Kong, worth the money and tasty! last night i ordered the Rice & Fried Pork Intestine with Pickled Mustard Green Leaf 酸菜炒肥肠饭???? seriously i got so cranky after two weeks in england as i can’t really eat chinese food much, finally i got it and i was relieved haha ????? also deliveroo delivered to my hotel and the food still hot thank god ? ??? oh but the half egg in the rice is salty, hope can reduce salt use.

Customer service is terrible. Staff was rude and food tasted like water, was told too busy (only two tables of customers including us)couldn’t refund or cook new one. Expensive and small portions, never ever had experience like that.

We ordered two different chicken dishes, after nearly 2 hours waiting they arrived and what a disappointment to noticed that for £15 (each) you only receive a chicken and not a noodles or rice with it. Anyway we cooked some noodles and discovered that the main has got so much chilly and so overpowering that you can’t taste the food at all! (Please see the photo) My mouth are on fire and usually, it’s a mixture of chilli and ginger, I really enjoy the spice but this one we couldn’t get over it.Two start just because the dumplings were very tasty

pretty disappointing experience, ordered crispy pork belly on noodles, meat was way too salty and not crispy at all + the noodles were already cold when my dish was served. also when our food came we weren't even given chopsticks and in the beginning i had to repeat my order like 5 times as the staff behind the counter had quite a bit of trouble understanding me. maybe if you know chinese you'll have a better experience but for me it was quite uncomfortable.
