I would recommend avoiding Premier Inn and this hotel in particular.Premier Inn totally messed up our booking. We arrived at the hotel for the night to be told we didn't have a room.Due to the incompetence of the staff, they were unable to resolve the problem.

23 of us had 15 rooms! From the cleaners to the front desk to the night manager the Staff bent over backwards to help and look after us. This care and great service was obvious when two of the rooms were booked into the wrong Premier Inn, the staff effortlessly transferred the booking so we could all stay together! 23 slightly merry guys with 23 comfy bed and a massive breakfast! The rooms were massive spotless and very well maintained, the TVs all worked and the lighting and heating was perfect! We would either come back next year or use another Premier again!! Thank you guys!

Did everything a Premier Inn does, very well. Clean and comfy room. Really helpful staff. Good food and drink. The Sparrow pub attached was a great venue to meet up with friends for the weekend and the staff went out of their way to look after us.

Despite filling in a parking form at reception I have received a £100 fine'...If you park there take a photo where possible of the registration form with your vehicle details also keep your e mail booking confirmation for any parking appeal. Odd how they jump on you for money but, cannot provide suitable disabled parking spaces?..the one space is unusable if another vehicle is parked nearby. Room clean and comfortable but, breakfast service is non buffet for hot food, you have a very long wait and have to remind staff for your food and or, order due to lack of staff, they worked very hard but, very understaffed...I wouldn't stay there again.

My profession is a Quality auditor think hotel inspector but in education. I stay at the hotel regular for business. I returned and said to Faith how was my review. I found out that idiot here messed it up so I had to take the opportunity to scan the QR to make sure its been done. The title is dedicated to receptionist Faith. The welcome to a hotel is everything. She is always polite, very welcoming and happy. This review is based on my July visit. When I arrived she helped look after something important for me and any request was not a problem. Staff this good are not to be overlooked and Nicky (Boss) you've got a top lady here. Premier Inns are normally the same as they are a standard brand but this hotel is brilliant however Faith is stand out brilliant. The best receptionist out of all the Premiers I've been too. Not knowing what the full job involves I'm sure her amazingness goes unnoticed day to day by most people so next time your at the hotel if your getting the friendliest most professional welcome and service, it will most likely be her. Quoting George Michael in the title for fun let me finish with a bit of Bon Jovi. Premier make sure you Keep The Faith and I hope that she's a Manager one day.

Staff were immediately very friendly on arrival and throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better room too as it came with multiple useful amenities. The on site restaurant and bar also allowed for me to further relax and enjoy my stay. 100% recommend.

It's an identikit Premier Inn, but this one was grubby, all sorts of dusty and sticky things under the bed.Good location for Coventry, Coombe Abbey or the Manufacturing Technology Centre

Small and clean only 3 stars as boiler broke so cold showers.. hotel is very rural. By far the best brewers fair pub i have eaten in. Friendly staff and good food will happily use again..

On a whole lovely stay.Room could do with a better clean -behind the TV went great.Restaurant lovely selection food just service could be a bit better ie machine went down and they wanted me to write bank info down. Then a lot of waiting to be served once you seat yourself.I'd stay again as it was cheap and cheerful.Rooms: Rooms were very dusty and full of cobwebs. Behind the TV were infection control hell. Dust level was terrible, looks over months worth of dirt and dust.Food & drinks: The restaurant was clean and the staff on a whole were friendly. Few staff seemed a bit miserable and unhelpful.

Stay at this hotel every week for work, ask my company not to book me in anywhere else, like home from home coming here. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful especially Michelle and nikki. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel itself was fine but due to their parking partner parkmaven we got fined £100 with no chance to appeal due to us only receiving a final notice parking charge. Feel very ripped off as we registered our car with reception as required and when I phoned the hotel for some support there was none. Beware!!!

Lived here for 3 years. Always get the same room to give us routine. Receptionists are always happy to help. Rooms are clean and modern. Located in a quiet area with no passing traffic. Close to shops Highly recommend the hotel
