I just ordered a falafel warp on Uber eats. There was no option to add haloumi in the wrap online. So I phoned up and requested they add it, the lovely gentleman on the phone assisted with respect and reassured that they’ll add haloumi in my wrap.I received the wrap very quick and it’s amazing. 10/10, the falafel is the best I’ve ever has and the haloumi is perfectly made. Delicious food and amazing service. Will definitely order again.

I had a very bad experience with the iftar menu for Ramadan. In their advertisement they said buffet iftar deal. When I came in with my wife, I asked the waiter how is it and he asked me to go in. The owner (I supose ) shouted at me saying you need to pay first clear miscommunication.The food came and it was awful, My wife didn't eat. Uncooked fries ?, tasteless chicken, and a very bad rice.When I left, I asked them why do you not do soup ? They said you didn't ask, we have soup.I left angry and had to take my wife somewhere else ?

I had a disappointing experience with my order of two shawarmas. The chicken was undercooked, the chips were cold, and to my disappointment , I found a hair in the chicken. This has left me thoroughly unsatisfied, and I won't be ordering from here

All the young illegal lads are lovely albeit a bit miserable from being overworked and underpaid. Food is decent but slightly expensive for what you get in grams. I’ve been eating at this place for years but fortunately never had the pleasure of meeting the boss! Until yesterday. Wow what a rude rude arrogant man that talks to his customers like the bottom of his shoe. This man needs to remember as fast as god has blessed you with business he can take it away! These customers pay for your family upkeep, respect them! Now I use a shawarma shop a few doors down as no matter how good food is I don’t want it if I don’t get it with respect and a smile!
