We are regular customers to the subway.We have reward points to claim the sub.But person in till is very rude and asks us to show the history of points , showing history is not the problem.After seeing history of points ,he is asking multiple questions.The way he asked is the main problem.. he just treated us that he is providing free food.

Good example of a subway.A little cramped downstairs, but it works.The staff are good and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

i went there today and asked if i can have the nachos using my subway point. This specific subway had said that i could use my points to get nachos ONLY IF i had point history which i did. So i went in and the guy serving was very rude and refused to allow me to get the nachos due to me having 2500 points which had meant that i spend £250 on subway. He started laughing and made some unecessary jokes on how many family members i had for the total price to be £250. Honestly hes a joke

Food quality is awesome but the sitting area upstairs is horrible.
Service is now incredibly slow. Uber eats deliveries now take priority. If there is a large queue you will be ignored while they prepare endless orders!
