Absolute rip off.. I ordered a chicken tikka salad from Uber eats. I ordered all vegetables plus crispy onion. The box was half empty, barely any chicken let alone vegggies no crispy onion the worse I've ever had.

Me and my friend went into a subway at lunch time and we asked for a meatball and cheese 6 inch it came out and we split it in half in my half I had no cheese and neither did my friend I’m highly disappointed and offended

Worst service by far ever in any subway served by Parveen and the Man in charge couldn’t care less ???after spending nearly £30 and asked to pay 10p for paper bag and £1 for and empty cup when I already paid £3.50 for 1.25 litre bottle of Pepsi ,rude manners and simply ignored,normally use these ones or twice a week ,never again ??Avoid Avoid Avoid

This is a disgusting unhygienic branch of Subway. Do NOT eat here. I would recommend the Subway on Lockhurst Lane.I went in this evening after observing the Subway for close to an hour (was having a conversation on the phone, I wasn't just randomly watching it). Not a single soul entered the Subway. I eventually went in to order, and the place was disgusting. The Subway worker (South Asian male) was rude and point blank told me that his dirty workspace was clean. I took a video to share with Subway directly after disputing this. He then lied and told me he was going to close anyway and he was too busy to clean ( clearly was not based on my previous observation).The opening hours on Google for this branch is until 02:30. This interaction took place two HOURS before the official closing time.Poor customer service, disgusting prep area for food.

I usually go to the Far Gosford Street Subway but walking past this one, I thought I’d grab my lunch. I ordered a salad box with chicken tikka. I first ordered spinach which the lady was reluctant to put in and kept going to the lettuce. I gave in and said pop that in along with the spinach. She picked up about 5 leaves of spinach and added that in. I ordered the basic salad and kept saying a little more, I’ll have a little more please.I was practically asking for a little more with each item I was asking for! I got the salad box home and opened it up….it looked like a kids meal!The salad box cost me nearly £5 and there was probably £1.50 worth of salad in there WITH the chicken! Never again - to be tight over a bit of salad is just a joke.I’ll stick to my local one where my box is alway filled to the brim and will never go back to this one.
