When this branch was run by Jasmine it was excellent. She must have moved on because things have gone down hill. The food is fine but the service & atmosphere are terrible. Most people want efficient and accurate order taking more than the recent refurbishment.Parking: People are parking on the pavement, right in front of the shop. This isn't good for pedestrians or customers.

I ordered 2 plant patty and 1 bombay special from them and i asked them to tell me which is veg and which was non-veg. Manager told us single one is non vegetarian when i had kne bite i realised this is non vegetarian which she was saying its plant patty for this when i told her she did mistake she was not accepting that. I told her she needs to use marker for veg and no veg she showed me proudly that she have marker but she is not using that. Ridiculous service

Only food shop here unless you go round the corner. Tiny shop, very limited space, but I bought a sub sandwich.The only thing i didn't like was there was no parking available, I had to park 100 yards or more in the next side street.Parking: Side street parking is further down may 100 or more yards.. don't risk parking across the shop as there are businesses and private land. You could get your car clamped or fined.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS NEVER GO HERE!Went there to get food and the new person Sravani didn’t have a clue what she was doing and almost gave me a meat sandwich rather than the meat substitute version, asked for meals and she didnt charge for them, the food was terrible avoid at all costs never going back there, why would they leave a new person on their own, asked for hearty italian bread and she said no and she said only have two breads in, doesnt have a clue what she is doing made the sub with all the sauce and salad and then went to grill the sub she didnt even cut my sub, asked about an offer and she said come back tomorrow, wouldn’t even feed my dog the food she served me absolutely useless rude as anything no customer service skills at allDoesn’t understand english would have rather made my sub myself round the counterAVOID

Good food as a standard subway. Place is a bit cramped and small with no seating. Atmosphere was neither good or bad and the service was also pretty average.

Ordered my Notorious BMT meal from this Subway with Deliveroo and got old crushed bread, half the meat missing and no salad or sauce. Just Pathetic.. Will stay away from this shop for good and would advise you too aswell.

There is a girl named SRAVANI when i went in to orderno communication skills at all to this ladyOne customer on asking her for italian bread she said no then asked for multigrain and said no againThen he asked her what bread have you got. She shouted showing bread chart to go check thereFor my order she doesn’t even know how to make a sub properlyI just asked her are you aloneShe then said yes what is your problemIf not interested getlostThese people are getting paid to shout at customers as they wishNever visit this store again

This is the worst subway i have been ever there is only one staff working there and her name sravani oh my god she was very rude to every customer i am waiting in the line and there 3 persons infornt me when the person ahead asked for multigrain bread she said its not availble he asked to give white break she replied very rudely dont waste time select one bread and then she dumped all the meat balls on the tray and changed 4 times with eat loves and taking ages to do one sub, and I asked her whether one stff working she said yeah in a very rude way i told her better to get another one because i been waiting for 15 minutes and she is not experienced and not trained properly and told how can someone eat the meatball on the tray, she said just get lost thats not your busniess, insaid whats your name she said sravani just do what ever you want and get lost again is she trained how to behave with customers worst management and worst behaviour of the staff
