Why does this place have the terrible DJs in so much? Most of the time you can see them playing a Spotify playlist to give the pub a cheap club vibe. The pub used to have consistently good music with the duke box/staff. Now you've got one of the oldest pubs in Coventry playing bad club music far too loud and it appeals to nobody because who goes to the Oak for that?

What a change. Been here before. Was a great place for food and atmosphere. Now it’s changed hands it’s totally different. Dreadful.Small portion sizes. More cost. No atmosphere. Really disappointed.I had the Gammon , I’ve had thicker pieces of bacon. Won’t be going again!!!!! So sad
