As pub interiors go, this place cannot be beaten - multi-roomed, beams to duck under, real coal fires, panelled walls - a true classic. There’s such a lot going on here as well, the room I’m sat in is reserved for the ? club tonight. Dates back to 1451.

Lovely olde worlde place. Fire places with teal fires and hearths. Old dark wood beams and panelling and good ales. Also has rooms and snugs to have private conversations in.Thoroughly recommend it.
