Food didn't even turn up but the manager was adamant it did that his own driver delivered it. Definitely didn't deliver to my door because the road is right outside our house and so is the bedroom window. Normally drivers tend to punch your door in or ring you which wouldn't of mattered because we would have watched him stop the car and walk down the garden. Bet they make a fortune off Uber eats accepting payments but not delivering the food ? Won't use Ubereats anymore. This is why cash is king. The scroungers would be straight at your door if there was cash waiting..

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star… been sat waiting for an hour and half for food and when we called them they said it’s too far to deliver and they made our food and weren’t delivering… why did Uber eats let us order it and why didn’t anyone call us to tell us so we could at least pick it… £10 delivery and they couldn’t even do anything as a gesture of good will (any kind of discount for waiting and potentially picking it up) the man on the phone was so rude. We were told the food was good but I think the whole service was disgusting!d

I recently ordered the bear fries, fried chicken burger and a jammy doger milkshake. I must say it was an exceptional experience. The food arrived promptly, piping hot, and packed with flavors that surpassed my expectations. The menu offers a wide variety, catering to different tastes. The customer service was outstanding – friendly and accommodating. The food was also of very high standards and the milkshake was well worth it! I'll definitely be ordering from here again! Highly recommended.

I ordered a Smash burger with bull fries and a side of fries. The order was placed about 1 a.m. (ish). There is no way it is a busy time at this point, so they can certainly put some work into the order. However, it failed to satisfy expectations. The burger tasted great, especially the meat, and the bread appeared to be fresh. However, there was little lettuce and no tomatoes (unlike in the pictures), and the lack of sauce made the burger feel incomplete (adding ketchup appears to help). However, the layer of beef and cheese on top of the fries tasted fantastic; the beef was cooked to perfection, not too chewy and with the perfect balance of flavour. All of the fries were clearly old, either reheated or left for too long before being prepared. Lack of crunch, exceedingly limp and squishy.
