Been several times and this is normally a good takeaway - recently had several bad meals and the last meal a few days ago was awful, with the increased prices you’d expect the same if not better service. The front of house looks at you with disgust, or has done with me. Unfortunately won’t ever order from here again, as it’s clear all staff speak very good English but when a complaint comes in it feels like your a burden instead of listening to you. They have since given me a refund of my order which I had to go back in to get. And even though I told them about the food order, they couldn’t bring themselves to to apologise. No words were passed of regret, just a reluctant handover ov money for very poor food and service

ordered a takeaway this evening (5/3/22) it arrived late, and when we opened it the chips appeared very oily as though they'd been refried. My partner had lamb saag and when she started to eat it she found what we think was an insect / cockroach in the mouthful of food. This made her violently sick. I called them and they sent the money for the lamb saag back with the driver.

Ordered lamb Saag and chips chicken Madras and pilau rice naan bread on 5th March night when I opened the chip's bag find the chips was very oilly looks like Re-try it and when I started eating saag find a cockroach in my saag dish made me very sick ? and imagine what the kitchen would look like????? dirty disgusted
