Went for a lunch to try the Swan for the first time. Arrived at midday just before they opened,Sat down and looked at the dirty tables and unswept floors from the previous night and thick dust on the paintwork . Tried to imagine what the kitchen was like if the pub areas were this filthy.That was enough to make us walk out and go somewhere cleaner and safer

Food is superb. The soup clerk and potatoes, lovely temperature good. Sunday lunch again superb!. The chk fillet burger meal looked great ? The waiter/waitresses polite and efficient. Bar staff good. Nice and clean.

The food was ok, nothing special to say we had to wait over an hour for nacho’s and 4 baguettes, The manager Andy was extremely rude and unprofessional when we questioned the delay, sorry we won’t be returning.

I've never been to this pub before. Agreed to meet friends for a catch-up and a meal. Really surprised, the atmosphere was warm and friendly and the food was very good and valued for money. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely food for 6 adults and 2 babies who were catered for extremely well. All food came out on time, no issues at all, drinks brought to the table from the bar when I couldn’t carry everything. Abigail Was very pleasant and efficient, prioritising where necessary? previously enjoyed nye at this place, noticing that managers don’t just sit back, and nothing is too much trouble?
