The waiting time to be served was long considering the restaurant was quiet. The cutlery was dirty and the food very average.

Thanks Emily. The food was standard harvester food but the service stood out as excellent. We had Emily as our server for the evening and she was brilliant with the children, very attentive and we felt at complete ease and like nothing was too big of an ask. Her friendly attitude made our entire experience so much more pleasurable and we really enjoyed our meal. Thanks Emily for being great.

Excellent meal here tonight, for my moms 80th birthday,food was spot on, very tasty indeed.It was an emotional night for us as a family and I can't praise the staff high enough. Our server was(sorry I didn't get your name but she's got 8 weeks pregnancy left) she was excellent and a lovely personal touch from the manager, you made our night very special and thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts.

First time in a Harvester, thought the Steak and Ribs were excelent. The best tasting meat I have had for a long time, perfectly cooked. Will visit again. Hats off to the kitchen staff and the Chef.

Nothing was grt, I dont eat meat but eat fish,you had no salmon. I ordered the pasta dish with garlic bread, the bread was overdone and the pasta dish was shocking , so oily it was scary, heart attack on a plate, waitress then told us, this dish is something you buy in and not cook onsite, we thought everything was cooked on site. Thankfully we didnt have to pay for it.Vegetarian options: Very good choice

The salad bar was good and so was the service, until we needed extra drinks and the bill. We had to go and look for a waitress.My chicken breast was seriously overcooked and quite tough to chew. The jacket potato was also overdone and the peas hard.Parking: Large car park with plenty of availability

Staff attitude problem need to be a more pleasant and welcoming. Also no heating on very cold . We didn't stay ans walked out after 5 minutes. Very poor .
