I stayed here on business for two nights in March 24. The hotel is ideally located for Resorts World or the NEC and has easy parking on the premises.Staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay and checked I had everything I needed. The room and public spaces are clean and well maintained.The foyer, bars and restaurant areas are modern and what you’d expect from a business-centric hotel. Pleasant without being too flashy. The rooms are … extraordinarily dated. Clean and well looked after, but also very worn and in desperate need of a refurb. This is really saved by the rooms being really clean, but they do need a makeover.Breakfast fairly standard, very efficient and quick. Bar service friendly and prices more reasonable than I had expected.I have stayed at the Moxy Hotel on the same site before and much prefer the Crowne Plaza- especially whilst here on business. Would stay here again.

We want to thank Mathew Front office supervisor, he was really kind, we came with a Taxi and taxidriver did not acept credit card, Mathew came out a pay with his personal money asking nothing in return, he mention that the important thing was our safety. We had a marriage reception function. The service was excellent, beyond our expectations. The staff was proactive and kept following up with us to get the decorations done instead of us following them. The decoration was tasteful and the arrangements were immaculate. Thanks to C&E manager Alicia and her team in making this event so successful. Food was superb. The choice of dishes were too good. Thanks to Chef Kushal and his team in providing tasty and sumptuous food. We are so glad that we did our function here. Every guest praised the food and we enjoyed a fun-filled, relaxed and memorable evening. Would definitely go back for any events in future.
