I’ve given it two stars but they are purely to do with the fact that the food tastes okay… i’m fuming, i’ve ordered many times before and always the same thing - masala fish and chips, never had any problems before but for some reason they seem to have forgotten the “and chips” tonight.. three chips… paid £10.99 for fish and three chips.. i would usually think “what a cheeky uber driver” after seeing the lack of chips but if you look closely, you can see the dry paper with no grease whatsoever on it… tried ringing them three times and no answer either so can’t even talk to a physical human to help with the issue… absolute joke.. will never order again

This will be the last time we are ordering from here. This is the 3rd time the order was wrong. When you call the number you get through to the rudest man. He trys to accuse you of ordering wrong then when you point out its their error, he goes off on one. Told me it's not their problem and put the phone down. Stay clear!!!

Ordered delivery from Uber Eats. I do not want a refund, the food was delicious, but the Uber delivery driver by the name of Shamim Ahmed was extremely aggressive and threated my life. I repeat I do not want a refund, only that a driver threatened and to exclude him from your system, as he may be doing this to others and getting you worse reviews.

Ordered £45 worth of food through Uber eats they got the order so wrong. I dnt think they can read orders correctly & their understanding is poor . I couldn’t drive back 3 miles to tell them, called them 8 times still couldn’t get through line kept cutting after being on hold. I’m really disappointed with the service. I won’t be going back there again.

Got the donner meat and chips. The donner was bone dry and the chips had clearly been sitting out for some time considering they were tough and chewy. I also got a single chicken filet which was okay. But for £9 I should have gone elsewhere. Disappointed that it's not the same as it used to be.
