I don't know if McDonalds hire staff based on their ability to be rude and insolent, but if they do, then well done to the Oldbury and J2 branches, the biggest bunch of ill mannered halfwits it has ever been my misfortune to come across. The staff, the food and pretty much the entire buildings need to be consigned to the dust bin of history, tarmacced over and forgotten about, PDQ!

Do not order from this place. They don't send all the items and then you'll have a 15 minute phonecall with uber eats, who will only refund the missing items and not actually the delivery fee that you paid! Half my order wasn't put in the bag by the restaurant, and they don't answer the phone to sort it out. So if you're hungry and actually want food, do not order from this place as this is a regular occurance. To top it off, what they did put in was cold!!!

Cold food, no dip but requested one , no salt on fries no tissues. Tried calling to complain but the phone is never answered. Can’t email them either. Don’t use

Ordered a couple of burgers for the family. I personally went for the Newburger paid for it and then went to collection. I asked for the sources and I was refused. I explained that one source is available per per meal. The staff member was so rude I felt like throwing the food back in the establishment Rubbish Service will not go to the Oldbury establishment again they need to sort the stuff out. Teach them some manners

I would give this a 0 if I could. It does not matter what time of the day I come, I came at 02:50 am and even at 10 am and it’s the same. The service is shocking. Food takes ages and staff aren’t helpful. I’ve been a number of time and every time I go I am disappointed. I have ordered on a delivery app and it takes so long. It’s a disgrace

The place is just full of delivery drivers in front of the order point with huge bags thrown on the floor. Arguing who is next. The seats are also full of drivers waiting. So to make an order inside you wait 20 min as the deliveries are more important you have to squeeze through rude drivers who will not move. Oh, and avoid the bags the size of buckets all over the floor. From the same order.. I was given the ice cream first then waited for over 20 min for the food. So I paid for a burger and milk,not ice cream. The staff are all over the place and the management should sort something more orderly and respectful to the people going into the place to pay and order but get treated as a second class citizen by the McDonald's staff and the highly rude delivery drivers. A little girl wanted a spoon and could not get past them. The whole length of the counter. Never again

Went to McDonald’s and the looks the staff give their customers while preparing food and drink is disgusting the look of judgement is written all over their face, and also the girls only half of them were wearing hair nets and the ones that were the hair was barely in the net!

Woefully bad, had to wait 20 min for stone cold food. Had to order on the kiosk and all priority to just eats drivers. They are putting profit over customers service. I contacted the feedback team for a refund. The resteraunt still have not replied. Please see the screen shot Tim Hortons is only down the road with better food and service. They eve serve food while it is worm. I suggest the management from here go to see what a clean, fast food restaurant should look like.

Food is fine, exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's, however over the last few months they've repeatedly left items off my orders. I went in to speak to the manager and got turned away with the excuse that it was my word against theirs, I suppose this is fair enough, but when it's happened to me the last three times in a row and multiple times over the last few months, I can safely assume they do this a lot. I asked for one of the items from my previous order rather than for compensation for the +£30 of food they've left of my orders over the past few months, so understandably I felt feeling particularly frustrated and short changed when I left. There's plenty of McDonald's in the area so it's not any skin of my back to say that I won't be returning to this one. And at the very least I would advise you check your bags for all items before you leave the drive in window because it will be your loss, not theirs.

I placed my order came to pay again re didy order warmer pounder chese and bacon it was wrong dip was ketchup I asked for barbecue called the shop 6 times before a reply kept being cut off

Had to wait for a delivery which is fine, but expect it to be edible when I do finally get it. Completely stone cold all of it and McFlurry’s were disgusting! I didn’t even bother to get them out the bag. The whole order again was like it was threw together and left for that long.. never had a problem with the junction 2 McDonald’s think I would rather pay that bit more for better food. Had to give 1 star as I could complete this.. did try calling it as always no reply

This is the worst Mcdonald's outlet ever! If I could rate it a zero, I would!They get the orders wrong 9 out of 10 times! Either items are missing or they pack the wrong items! No thought is given to the fact that people have allergies and even the handling of the wrong food item can trigger a severe or life threatening allergic reaction! I have complained severally but nobody listens or cares! The management certainly does not give a hoot! They treat customers with complete disrespect and disregard and hang up the phone on you! How difficult is it to get a single order right? This is not rocket science! This is sheer negligence and a safety issue! I will be taking my complaint to Health and Safety because this really does need to be looked into seriously.

Ordered through Uber eats around 9:30. Took 3 different Uber drivers as it took them 2 hours to give the food. The food was made at just before 10 as seen in the pictures. This is disgusting as the food was sat there for almost 2 hours. Food arrived stone cold and missing items. The worst maccies ever lol

I come to mc drive and i have order 7 vanila milkshake instead 7 ice cream because they are out of stock with its fine. I collected 4 vanila and 3 banana or mix banana with I have allergies for. When I order i will never expect they will mix all just to sell . This is the results. I want a full refund for my order and just let u know i going to contact EHO as u not follow standard's. My order was placed between 6 and 8pm on 17/07/22 .

Ordered through Uber eats took ages to come food was cold milkshake came like water was undrinkable, Big Mac came with cheese on when I specifically asked for only lettuce (no onions, sauce nothing) Phoned the shop to say they had sent the order wrong stuff and that my daughter was allergic to the cheese. The girl on the phone tried to blame me informing me to take thing off on the order. To which I replied I did and you've even put a sticky label on the packaging to say only lettuce. I told the girl my daughter was allergic and they could of really hurt her. The girls reply was ‘well not really I’m sure u would have checked her food before she ate it’ Not really the point to be fair love and I don’t need parenting advice from a McDonald’s worker thanks. She then told me to raise the complaint with Uber eats for a refund they told me they can’t guarantee the shop takes things off of the burgers and refused a refund for both items. Absolutely fuming so rude and a complete waist of money think I’ll go Tim Norton’s next door in future ?? And Uber eats can jog on too because there just as bad
