We have used Oliver's quite a few times now. We hadn't been back for a few months due to the service we had last time we visited. The ladies in the shop do not make you feel like you want to be in there . The food I was always happy with until last night we had pizza and chips and the meat and chips. The food was cold and the chips were just hard and just inedible. I won't be returning and wasting anymore money for poor service and poor food

Ordered for takeout and specifically put in the notes no onions and no red cabbage on the kebab and it turned up cold and instead of not putting them on they only put onions and cabbage on it so I couldn’t even eat it and the chips were hard and tasted stale , would not order again!!

Always used Olivers, didn't have a bad experience til Friday 17th November, paid £40 for Five meals, pizza overcooked and cold, mixed meat cold and a hair found in food! Phoned shop to try and resolve issues, I assumed I was speaking to manager, he apologised and offered to rectify when we ordered again, fast forward to today Friday 24th November, had to order direct over the phone, food came to £47, they offered to reduce to £40!! Not happy with this as food was terrible the week before I suggested £20 off, they suggested £12 off, we agreed, then we couldn't pay over the phone we needed cash!! Didn't have cash so needed to drive to cashpoint! Food arrived with items missing, got on the phone they apologised again and would send food out ASAP. The food was terrible again, cold mixed meat, rubbery fish. Delivery driver arrived and said we had to pay for missing items! I explained it was not our mistake it was theirs! He called his manager and passed phone to me, I politely asked his name, he had a really bad attitude saying "why do you need to know my name", I stated the food was terrible again this week, he started shouting and told me to go F@#k myself! I passed the phone back to the delivery driver, then I retrieved the food he just brought and said we wouldn't be ordering from Olivers again. Don't know if the establishment has changed hands but will never order from Olivers again.

Usually order on Deliveroo, but went in today and collected, ended up with a stale cod which was probably sitting there for hours?not good considering the price.

Please be careful when ordering from here, my son found a metal staple in his pizza,. Farah if this was her real name found this funny her response was will Tell the pizza guy to be careful and continued to call me darling when I asked her not to!! Use to be our favorite place for pizza, will never order from here again.
This is a great local chippy. Nice friendly staff and their food is to die for. Portions are generous.... Highly recommended. Yum!

The second time I've ordered food from Olivers, quinton I have to say the food was fab. Batter on fish amazing, chips really good, won't go anywhere else when want chippy. We'll impressed.

We ordered food from them and they took the money and said it would be delivered the next day but we wanted it that night so we called and they blanked us there was no warning or nothing before we paid that it couldnt deliver that night
