Awful. Ordered twice in last month from here.1st time the stuff crust was missing.2nd time. Potato tots and cheese... however no cheese. Peri peri chicken bites were the wrong ones. 2 half and half pizzas but one was the same on the whole pizza.Try to call up and get grief off the staff, what's the point. Won't order from here again. Awful

Ordered pizza and chicken peri peri kickers, what I got was not peri peri and the toppings on the pizza were merger and thats being generous with the words. Called the outlet to find one person could talk english and that was not great. Was told to go to customer services and when i did it took them 3 weeks to deal or not deal with it. I was advised as i did not have photographic proof the unit woyld not refund. If it was possible to leave zero stars you would qualify. Overpriced and useless, save your cash and give it a wide swerve.

Cannot comment on atmosphere as food was delivered. All I can say is that food was delicious, hot and came on time. Different half and half pizzas was ordered for 4 adults and 3 children. Every one enjoyed. Will definitely order from here again:)

I had ordered pizza via the Papa John's website for 8pm, but when I checked their tracker, it was ready by 740pm and they were ringing me by 745pm. There was no way I'd have got there by that time, which is why I ordered for 8. I told them when I picked it up, this is cold and I ordered for 8pm, what was the point! They told me their order system just shows the pizza and their advice is to get it ready asap and its better for me to ring if I want a time against it....ok? Staff made me a fresh one straight away and kindly sent me away with the cold one to have some other time - 10/10 service so thank you. Message to Papa John's if you're interested, give the staff a chance and show them the times.

Just had a terrible experience with this branch. We ordered online for collection but were never given a collection time and the online tracker was not updated.After 45 minutes of waiting for any change we rang the store to get an estimated time, only to discover that the pizza had been sat waiting for ages and we were never going to be informed.The man we spoke to on the phone was incredibly ride and hung up on us twice. Once when we rang to find out what was happening, and once when we tried to cancel the order.As we obviously don't want a pizza that has been growing cold now for close to an hour, our only option is to send an email to head office. Terrible, terrible service.

Normally never had an issue with this restaurant, however on this occasion the service and customer service was terrible. I ordered online through Papa Johns website, the order was then sent to my local branch which is in oldbury. I had ordered this as a treat for my staff as it was my birthday, the pizza was made and delivered in time, I collected the pizza from the driver and handed it to my staff. On my order I had ordered extra mushrooms on one of the pizzas, so I proceeded to check the restaurant had added them, no prizes for guessing they didn’t, I took a picture but my staff had eaten two slices already. I promptly called the restaurant and explained the issue, I even asked the lady if they can kindly refund they extra money I had paid for the extra topping ( not the whole amount) the lady on the other side proceeded to offer me the extra mushrooms to be added on my next order, i however refused as we all know this will never happen. The lady then became rude and hostile, she made it look as it was my fault and told me “you should have checked, it’s your responsibility”. As a restaurant if you’ve done your job properly then there would be no issue, I told her I have a picture as proof but the staff had eaten two pieces, she then accused me of taking a photo and eating the pizza in the hope of getting a free pizza, how rude can someone be, I was very offended but the attitude. After much consultation she then offered to replace the pizza at which point I agreed and she quickly cut the call, no apologies no sorry no byes. Had the rude lady on the phone agreed to this initially and not offended me then this review would have been very different. I honestly think the staff need to lean sum manners as they are free and don’t cost anything.

Usually have no problems, but an issue on Friday has stopped me from ordering here ever again. £30 spent on a meal only for the store to say it didn't come through, refused point black when I went and gave proof that money had been taken and I had order confirmation. Told me to contact head office to get a response in 24 hours, it's since been 4 days. Staff started talking in their own language in front of me when dealing with my complaint which I thought was really rude and not transparent at all. AVOID
