My friend in Birmingham ordered some mango & lime chicken and a Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course). We're having a chat whilst he's eating the food - very tasty - but he's just noticed he's missing the Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course)!This has severely impacted his enjoyment of the meal - without the Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course) to wash down the chicken his tastebuds can't reset after every bite. Unacceptable - if I hadn't got my Robinson's Fruit Shoot (blackcurrant flavour, of course), it would probably have ruined my evening.

It’s been 1:42 hrs and counting, still waiting for food. On Deliveroo it says 45min, so more than double the wait. I phoned after 45min, the manager said the delivery just left. He lied as it is only a 10min drive. Update: just got food. Driver said he didn’t leave then. So don’t order from them. Management are liars.

I have used piri pro before and generally been impressed, this time they missed the mark. I waited over an hour before chasing my order with the restaurant, I phoned and was told mine was the next delivery leaving (instead of apologising for clearly forgetting my order and offering some goodwill). After the call the app notified me that more time was needed and it was over 30mins before the delivery. I ended up having dinner after 10pm and the burger pattie was great as always, as were the sides - the bun was rock-hard though and it was like eating a burger sandwiched between crackers. Really frustrating experience, amplified by the chap on the phone clearly just saying anything to get me off the phone, a 'what can I get away with' mentality, rather than 'what would be respectful to a customer'. TLDR - paid £20 for one burger meal and onion rings, waited an hour, got lied to on the phone, waited another half an hour and then received a stale burger

UPDATE- called back to speak to the manager and was bribed to take my review down in order to get my money back. I’m not going to do that. i would rather people have an honest review. AVOID.1 word for this place and that is DISGUSTING. everything about it from the customer service to the food is inadequate. if i could give less than 1 star, i would. avoid like the plague, seriously. the “chicken” more like pigeon wings are awful they made me sick. and the chips are days old and stale. i would say the overall rating it has is hugely generous but if you want an honest review consider this. i called up to complain and got shouted at and very aggressively told to go down to the shop and say it to their face. worst food place ever and not even being dramatic.
First time ordering. Quick delivery and the food quality was nice. Chicken and halloumi wrap.

The delivery is a nightmare! Took 2hours. Its not worth the wait. No courtesy call, phone goes straight to answer phone. There is literally no point unless you want food after a couple of hours. Its a shame they have decent food but this is now the 3rd time its been this late.
