On weekday visit, we were only customer so can't say about atmosphere much. Food was average. Don't think chef was serious to cook as didn't follow instructions for mild curry, served very hot.

Pretty good place for vegetarian and vegan options. The service was a little slow on a Sunday night but that’s because there was only one person taking the order, cooking and serving. So we had a wait a little but overall the food was delicious and it tasted authentic, so the wait was worth it.They have a range of starters and chaat items that you wouldn’t regularly expect.

The staff is very customer friendly and helped us in choosing the best dishes. The food is very good quality and taste. And the chef is also able to customise the spice levels based on requirements. Decent venue, good music but too loud for the size of space. Cannot talk to each otherWe went for lohri party, 2 hours later at 8:30, starter was served. Party was scheduled from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pmAt 10:45 pm we decided to leave after waiting for main course for over 2 hours. Honestly really disappointed, they really ruined our special day, because today was our marriage anniversary. My wife thought it will be different experience, celebrating lohri with our anniversary. But it was bad idea. Maybe some other restaurant but not sittar in Oldbury.

We visited this evening for the first time. We’re new to the area and have been in search of a good Indian restaurant. This place was absolutely lovely. We were looked after by a nice man called Ash, the service was fantastic and the food was amazing. Proper authentic Indian food cooked to perfection, great tasting and great presentation. We’ll definitely be back soon, next time we’ll bring all the family. Cheers Ash and staff.
