My Parents where regular users of this shop on just eat. Multiple times a week they would order from here. On there last encounter when there order arrived there was missing items from the order. Once reported to just eat the shop claimed they had sent the missing items with the delivery. You would expect them to own up to there mistake and refund the money for the items. On multiple occasions my parents had tried calling the shop but had no luck, due to being disabled they are unable to get out the house to speak to someone in person.

Food was stone cold particularly the chips… Sausage was stale… the batter was solid… Shame really because we order from here quite a bit but won’t be ordering again.

The food looked banging when it come but as I was eating the burger it didn’t taste right. The chips was hard and didn’t taste right either after eating the food I had bad belly ache and hours later I had bad diarrhoea and started being sick. It was food poisoning?.

I can honestly say that I've no idea what the negative reviews are about. I order online and have attended previously and the food and service was always great! Smiling staff, going above and beyond for customers. I forgot to add curry sauce to my online order today and called the takeaway to see if they can amend the order. Very friendly gent confirmed that they'll just incl for free and not to worry. Great service!

Could still be a decent chip shop if the food was always cooked fresh and not reheated and mixed with freshly made food. Staff are very friendly. prices don't really match the quality of the product served, unfortunately.Parking: Parking in Oldbury is atrocious. We have the wonderful Sandwell Council to thank for that as well as the rude and obnoxious and lacking serious grey matter zombie drivers of Sandwell.

Ordered fish with spicy mayo and because they didn't had spicy mayo he put sweet chilli, when I phoned up they said it was ok .... its the same thing ???
Ordered from here tonight, not only did they forget half of the things I ordered but when I phoned and asked why they weren't delivered, got berated and insulted and told to order next time and they'll add it back for free. Except I've already paid for ot so it's not free is it? They wouldn't send anyone out to deliver it or send a taxi with the food I had paid for. If the option was to eat here or eat my own fingers, I wouldn't be a very good pickpocket, unlike these robbing muppets.

I am rarely moved to review a chip shop but today...Kebab meat and chips in a tray.Chips are divine, coated with some spice I think, crispy, fluffy, perfect. Chicken was overcooked at times but better than undercooked and slimy like some places. I will try the great value pizzas next time to round off their repertoire.Two wordsEat here!

Best Chips I have had for ages.. The chicken goes so quickly.. Chicken is well cooked.. Seasoned... Don't forget to add vinegar to your chicken it allows the flavour to pop more.

I was on a rare visit to Savacentre Oldbury and looked for local fish & chip shop. Saw this one opposite Council House. Looked good from outside. However, disappointing experience. Just had chips (cone) they were good but the service was questionable. It was attitude of staff. One male took order and female at his side just stood there. They talked between themselves throughout the process in a foreign language. I might as well not have existed! Paid and change given without any 'please' or 'thank-you' so therefore it's attitude and a bad attitude to the customer. Tried it again about 3 days later thinking it might be better. The same! That did it for me. I notice there is a McDonald's near so they will get my custom in future visits to Oldbury. Sadly, Sainsbury's cafe is no longer in operation or the pharmacy. Mr Walters
