I had been driving past this place for weeks before I noticed it today!This is a small mobile snack van parked-up next to the Olympic Rooms, at the junction of Turners Hill and Portway Hill.There is a derelict pub opposite, that used to be the Wheatsheaf, surrounded by white hoardings.Choice of small or large Jacket Potatoes, cooked to perfection, with an excellent selection of toppings.Very reasonable prices, friendly and efficient staff, and of course, excellent food.

Spudtacular...The girls rock my potato world. Huge potatoes, cooked to perfection with rocking toppings served by the girls who always have a smile on their faces. Great value, the original the best. Keep those jackets just as they are.

Ordered loaded chips, was in the fryer no longer than a minute. Come out still the same colour. When I ate it it was hard in the middle. Also the price increase since Tony has left is unbelievable. Would happily pay if the food was as good as Tony’s.

The best potato shack. Worth the drive from London - well not quite but I do stop every time I pass thru Brum. Massive spud and toppings for a fiver.
Large jacket spud with cheese and chicken tikka massala is really good. Price had gone up to £5 recently , but it's still a good price for the amount you get!Parking: Can be difficult to park of its busy, but usually yiu can find a space
