“I had a Groupon voucher as a Xmas gift. 2 courses + drink for 2...£22. Tbh, after reading the reviews i wasn't looking forward to it much, so i was pleasantly surprised. The waitress was lovely. The food was lovely. It was lunchtime so relatively quiet.
Only problem with the pasta was that it wasn't very warm and after a couple of mouthfuls I realised it would be cold before I'd finished eating.
The waitress offered to reheat it for me and it was much better when it came back out the second time.
I had chicken piccante, followed by apple & blueberry pie with ice cream and custard.
Its not the sort of place I would normally choose to eat at and the prices are very high without a voucher/offer...but if you do have a voucher, dont be put off by bad reviews.”
