Probably the best premier inn we have been to. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. Wish I could remember their names but every staff member we met would say hello.We went Mother’s Day and I was treated to a card and rose which was a lovely touch and my son enjoyed the task of finding the duckling in our room for a small prize.The room was clean and comfy and right next a leisure complex with a cinema so in the evening we went for a meal at Frankie and Benny and then bowling.

Lovely rooms, large sized with good amount of storage space. Beds very comfy. With extra bedding supplied if required. Shower gel and hand wash is supplied which is vegan and for sensitive skin so suitable for everyone. Staff lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for yet another fantastic stay.

The staff were really good, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, which isn't always the case nowadays with Premier Inns. Plenty of parking and it is a free car park. The only negative is the toilet paper smelled like garlic, same as the towels. Really really weird. I did inform the staff who went to check and agreed.
Only stayed one night but the room was very clean. Very warm greeting at reception. Plenty of additional coffee milk etc on offer at reception.Food & drinks: Had breakfast in the on site restaurant. Food was very good. Restaurant was very clean.

We stayed over the weekend to visit family. Unfortunately we had no heating in our room no 121. The receptionist Tracey was very welcoming and helpful tried to get the heating to work when she couldn’t she gave me a portable radiator that did the job and a little treat for our inconvenience. Thank

Was going to stay in room 17, but found it smelled unpleasant, had hair all over the bath, toilet paper on the floor, the toilet seat was up and yellow urine residue over the toilet seat, the room had clearly not been cleaned/properly cleaned.When asking the member of staff for a different room they came to investigate the mess in my room and I was told this was normal, for me, this is not normal or acceptable.I then said I’d rather not stay if this is their level of cleanliness, only then did they offer a different room, but by this point I was done with the ordeal and decided not to stay, as they had proven our expectations of a £95 clean room are clearly different.

Voorspelbaar als je deze groep gewend bent. Ruime kamers, schoon, ook in de hoekjes. Ligbad. Zeep en shampoo pompjes. WC papier losse velletjes, ik heb liever een rol. Mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. De benodigde voorraad hiervoor kan je bij de balie eindeloos aanvullen. Kamers hier hebben fijne bedden en kussens, ook een sofa voor een derde persoon. Tv is aanwezig en usb oplaadpunten. Geen stopcontact bij het bed, maar ze hebben verlengsnoeren zodat ook dat is op te lossen. Ontbijt ben ik beter gewend bij deze groep. Er was weinig keus en niet voldoende, ook was er geen versfruit, wel fruitsalade. Personeel wss vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is geen koelkast, dus zette ik het maar bij het oprn raam. Bij een klacht over het ontbijt stortte men gelijk het geld terug. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen en een aantal restaurants aan de overkant, waarbij ik de Mexicaan aanraad. Ook is er een bioscoop.

Really disappointed.....room was dirty....cup ring marks on bedside furniture....breakfast was appalling....no member of staff there.....used plates etc left on tables ....cleaning equipment next to cearels....no teaspoons.....hot buffet had not been replenished in the twenty mins I was there....I'm still waiting for my refund....won't be staying there again...
