This is the best subway store I've been to. I am a very regular customer and the service and staff never fail to impress me. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, the service is great. The store is clean and the food is amazing.

Very poor customer service, inconsistency in quality of food and the information they give you. Every employee makes their own rules up. Manager is completely and utterly unprofessional and rude. There is no point making any complaints as these people will totally disregard your concern or query and become very rude if you remind them of what customer service actually is. They don't listen tk your concern but instead put their guards up and do their level best to make you sound like a liar. Their employees pick and choose who they want to give special treatment to and who they want to apply the company rules on. The manager is responsible for training staff on how to insure excellent customer service but unfortunately the manager himself needs to be re trained in this most crucial role and skill. I will be sharing my very negative experience with my followers on social nedia so others don't get the same disgraceful treatment for giving these people their hard earned money. These people forget whose paying their wages.

I love Subs of Subway. My most favourite Subways to visit are Springfield and Hall Green ones. The welcoming staff with best preparing style of making sub is fantastic. I took a photo of my favourite staff as well. He is the top man. Many reasons to go back and one of best seating arrangement in Sparkhill.
