Place used to be cleaner and more efficient. In the last few months it is not as good; staff don't seem to be as polite as the previous ones. Coffee also not as tasty as previously. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and paid another visit a few months later and it hadn't improved. The other branch over in Mell Square is better run. I have accrued a number of loyalty points for Nero but won't be returning to this branch.

I visit this establishment frequently. I like the comfy sofa seats , but frequently have to make do with the less popular seating. Probably the best Coffee in town .

Good place to go for drink not always got vegan food options thoVegetarian options: Am vegan n its not always food avaialable aa i went 1 day at 5pm nothing there went at 1pm n there was food on another day not fair to charge more for other milks tho

The coffee was far from the best. Have you changed the coffee you use? It was tasteless and far too milky for a cappuccino. The added cinnamon - although plenty - was also quite tasteless and rough. Certainly well below what we expect from Caffè Nero.

We went for coffee and Tea I always have a pot of tea to be told the dishwasher is broken and they can’t wash up by hand they have to use take out ups! They said they are washing up by hand during the week but not at weekends! This was 08.15am on a Saturday morning there were maybe five people in there with two people serving and they could not supply a pot of tea! Very poor attitude!

The decor is looking very tired and in desperate need of a refresh. Service on the whole is good but the staff sometimes appear fed up. Coffee is great and food looks good but I only usually have a croissant because I know they’re fresh.

Very tired cafe Nero , furniture very old and why on earth is the broken unusable chair with a note on it to say do not use in the window still there !!Get rid of it ?
