Sick customer service from big man

Mike Beveridge

Convenient location off the Stourbridge ring road. Quick service using the app for the first time. One of two pizzas was wrongly prepared so received extra pizza for free. All pizzas tasted fab! Happily go back for my next pizza night

Buy one get one free.... But! the pizzas are 24 quid each. Why is anyone supporting this robbery?

Absolute joke of a place !!! Nearly 2 hours for my DELIVERY order that I had to COLLECT. 192 phone calls to the Stourbridge branch and NO ANSWER !!!! Disgusting customer service to then get home to COLD pizza!!!!!!!!

Ordered a takeout for delivery and had 1 call off the delivery driver, as I did not answer the driver took the order back into the store lying saying they called me multiple times. I called them up and they said they can’t do anything about it so I need to come collect my order in store. Terrible service will not use again.

Terrible service. Ridiculous delay on food. Food meant to come within a 20 minute time frame and still yet to arrive after 80 minutes when one single pizza and chicken kickers were ordered. Phoned the restaurant 5 times to achieve no answer. Just Eat didn’t allow me to cancel my order either. Disgraceful paid for service with food that has not shown and no person to speak to.

Staff in store are very rude to customers, they did not deliver my food to the correct address and when I called them about my food they told me so many different stories just to find out my food was at the shop so I had to go get it myself even though I paid for delivery which I didn’t get back and in store they wouldn’t admit they made a mistake and tried blaming me. Never going there again very disrespectful to customers especially females.

Basically ok. An ok dominos. Like dominos? This one's ok. Like playing dominos? This place is not for you.

Disgusting food , appetising for an animal only !!!!

the pizza was amazing the staff brilliant...but the 2 for one offer was very misleading....so opted for just one pizza with garlic bread and bottle of coke which was very expensive but as before tasted amazing - there are cheaper pizzas which are very good also at a fraction of the price

Don’t fall for the walk in offer. More expensive than buying individual pizza poor when your going there rather than a delivery. Avoid

Pizza is always piping hot and tasty. On one occasion one driver managed to dribble one of the pots of sauce all over my carpet and made out it wasn't a problem at all, which I was quite unhappy about but was willing to drive back to replace it and some of the drivers really are socially awkward, but other than that it's normally always a speedy service and good quality food. How ever prices seem to be creeping up and up though. Last year I'd get three pizzas and a side or two for for less than £35 and now costs £50. You do get the quality over local cheaper pizza places though

This has to be the worst dominos in the Uk delivery times are just a joke and when you call up you end up speaking to someone who doesn’t care and wants you to know that they don’t care by being as rude as possible
