Visited for the reopening on 8th March 2024, what a difference! Lovely and clean, staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Fabulous atmosphere Explained there's no food yet as in process of deep cleaning the kitchen but should be available shortly. Will definitely be going back.

Hayley and her team were wonderful preparing for my Dads wake at the Gigmil. The food was delicious and plentiful. Hayley even went to the trouble of asking my Dads favourite music and made a play list for us while we celebrated Dads life. I cannot thank you all enough for my Dads wonderful send off!

Had a wonderful Santa experience last night.My children seen Santa, played games after and there was arts and crafts for the kids to do.It was an amazing atmosphere and we all had a wonderful time.For a great family Santa experience., the gigmill pub gives you that and much more.

The gigmills vibe really is unbeatable, as soon as you walk in you feel welcome and the service is perfect. The food is great, it’s a dog friendly pub and it’s under such good management. You really can expect the best from the gigmill.

Thank you to all at the Gigmill, booked the function room for a wake. The staff were very understanding from booking to the actual wake. All aspects of cost and available options were explained. Food provided was ample, even when we said there may be a few more people they said they would provide enough with no extra cost. Thanks for making a difficult day a little easier.

Great pub with a function room at the rear which is often busy with Birthday celebrations. I glanced at the Christmas plans which looked great - especially looking forwards to the Boxing Day drag act!

Hayley and the team helped us celebrate dad’s 80th birthday … providing a fab warm room on a wet November afternoon and lovely traditional catering . Everything id asked for was provided - hot drinks, hot buffet selection, quiet background music:) staff were really friendly, good parking and no pressure to leave at a certain time. Brilliant value for money. Would definitely use again for family’do !!
