Went there Sunday to grab a quick bite to eat .....I was in there around 10 mins waiting to be served no one on front taking orders everyone just taking care of drive through and online orders totally ignored so walked to Macdonald's got food there within minutes ... Never

I can only speak from my experience when taking food away it has always been cold when I got home .In fact I always have to ask for fresh warm chips even before I get the food. Seems they cook to many in advanced . Containers are just thin paper bags. Also on the occasions I have been in here there has never been many people in there and whilst its supposed to be customers putting remnants of food in the bin it would be nice to see staff cleaning the tables when needed . Still needs tables cleaning more often. Choice (take home = cold ) ( eat in = dirty tables )

Got my order wrong , I asked for 2 mini fillet strips and I got 2 chicken legs and to make it worst the cashier had just thrown my changed into the bag with the chicken that was not in seperate bag so it was touching the actual chicken ,

Too busy, with too few staff. Staff looked stressed out. Delivery drivers being rude etc.

Somehow managed to order the wrong thing at the drive through, wouldn't of been an issue to sort as the food order would of been the same just an upgrade and to add a bottle of drink, but the women refused to deal with it, instead she walked away shouting. Another guy walked to the window was very rude and confrontational and we were told to get on with it or go as we were holding everyone up (there was nobody behind us waiting) told them to leave it and drove away. There is no need for staff to be so rude over a genuine mistake.

When we go through the drive-thru, they always forget to put something in with our order! Usually it's the gravy. So be sure to check your order when you get it, don't make the same mistake that we did, otherwise you will always get your order home and have something missing. Finger Lickin Good Chicken (if they put any in with your order)

Nice enough KFC. Bit odd that you can't order to your table through the app as the tables don't have numbers on them...

Inspiration in Steel

We payed as normal at any drive through. Checking all the meals were there. Drove away on a long journey and realised there were hardly any chips in each box meal and hardly any popcorn chicken in the boxes.Literally paying for 3 meals was really only one and a half meals combined. KFC must be making a fortune doing this. As we were drive through can’t rate the atmosphere.

Called to ask if I could swap a side out as wouldn’t let me on Just Eat. They told me yes, and to call back with the order number, placed order and tried to call back. However the line was busy for 30 minutes and the order was sent with the sides we didn’t want. Unhappy.
