Rude incompetent staff, too busy having personal conversations to serve a queue of people. When it was eventually my turn to be served I was told to wait to collect my parcel then served everyone behind me, I asked if he could just give me my parcel please as I had my child waiting in the car and he was so rude to me and basically told me to take my business elsewhere in future, which I will. Complaint sent via Shell website.

I was unable to log a complaint on your website as you were asking for a station ID, which is not public information.I am a long standing Shell Club member.My car brokedown in the jet wash bay today due to heavy thunderstorms and rain. I am a trained mechanic so I was in the process of repairing my car so I can move it as soon as possible.Service station attendant Reza refused us service inside for drinks and snacks (after we filled up another car and a jerry can)He was concerned we are blocking the jet bay and asked us to push the car out of the service station as it was "not his problem". I personally don't think that is the best way to treat your customers and asking them to push a car into live traffic and in heavy rain is appaling. My car was brokedown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He also threatened to call the police? What law was I breaking? Please explain.My car is an automatic and cannot be pushed anywhere. I did have the car running after an hour or so and was moved as soon as I had it running again.I also will be encouraging anyone I know to byocott your filling stations in future. I personally own and fill up 6 cars and always use premium fuel - check my records so am sad to say your service is beyond poor and can be classed as outragous or reckless.Kind regards,Shan.Sent from my Galaxy

Usually good, however stated open 24 hours, I wanted to get fuel after a night shift at 00:30, waited at the window for a good 5 minutes and there was nobody there. Maybe a little harsh (because who wants to do the night shift) but still I was a little disappointed.

It's 24hour and been a lone female makes me feel safe at night. And the staff are always happy to see you and chat.
Poor service on a couple of occasions; once the guy refused to allow me fuel as he was due to finish his shift ???
The other time I was refused fuel for wearing a motorcycle helmet...with two other fuel stations adjacent , i now use the BP / Marks & Spencer

As an avid shell fuel user, I tend to find that this station is normally 2/3p per litre dearer than its other stations in hagley/ brierley hill.
Sometimes it lacks paper towels but overall it's not too bad at all.
Toilet can be shut at times which can be frustrating.
Quality fuels are almost always on offer and the shop does have some good offers at times!
If you're desperate for some v power, give this one a try. ðŸ‘ðŸ»
