Visited this pub with my family today and we waited over 40 minutes for our food and when it arrived one of the burgers was burnt and missing the bacon. We sat near to the kitchen serving area I noticed food sat on the server for a good 10/15 minutes before plates were completed to be sent to tables. I noticed and could hear a female member of staff (I presume a manager as she was dressed differently to the others) shouting at staff in an unfriendly manner.When our food arrived it looked like the child’s jacket potato had fallen out with the large plate it was on and the few beans barely made it a meal! The only meal that looked half decent was the children’s nuggets and chips!!! The ultimate burger was the one that was like burnt cardboard thrown on a plate as if the person preparing it didn’t care, how whoever served that thought it was presentable needs to be retrained on how good should be served, in no way was it fit for human consumption! It was also missing the bacon that should have been on it. I highlighted it as quickly as I could to a male member of staff who was very apologetic and said they would sort another burger for me. I could not fault this male member of staff as he was very understanding and sorted the issue straight away however it should never have come to a customer in that condition.

Typical Wetherspoons, has everything you would expect, food/drink etc.Toilets are upstairs but does have a disabled toilet downstairs.Parking: Disabled parking for 3/4 cars practically outside.Also more spaces available for everybody else.

The service was awful and staff were rude. I ordered drinks via the app which had taken 40 mins to arrive. Personally the pub isn’t very well run.

I think this pub needs a new manger to run the pub, because the one the pub as got now shuv is down right disrespectful to staff and customers the pub may busy but she treats ever one in the pub like dirt on the bottom of you shoe I hope JD wetherspoons dose something about this and its amazing why most of the staff have changed I wonder why, she shouts at customers from across the bar and staff the ticket was mainly all on red this wasn't like that before when Charlotte was managing the bar only when shuv came on did it all got to sh#t, if you chat to the regulars like I did there not happy with shuv and her customer service she is single handly going to keep bring the pub reception down to the point it shuts I would start asking customers what they think and look at why all the staff left in the first place, food was delivered way before our drinks the food was perfect service off bar staff and floor staff great up untill shuv came in.

The most miserable staff I’ve ever encountered, slow service, incorrect orders, food left standing at the service station under heat lamps for over 15 minutes for old not to even come out all at once. The two women behind the bar never broke a smile and the waiters made a very good job of making it look like they were busy but actually just ignoring the service bell. Also refused to put an allergy notice to the kitchen. Won’t be returning in a hurry.

had large breakfast, had 1 mushroom on the plate just slightly bigger than a 50p piece.... for god sakes weatherspoons just take mushrooms off the menu if you are just put 1 on a plate... just well council.

Truly a 5 Star pub!Good pricesCleanSpacious but can also hold a lot of groups of friends in their own spaces, while having the choice to mingle with other strangers/groups if they want. The best setup in my opinion.Vegetarian options: A good choice available. Vegan options too!Kid-friendliness: A good choice of meals and good prices tooWheelchair accessibility: Access Ramp to the slightly higher platform and a ground floor (radar) disabled toilet too - I've seen this used by able bodied customers too but it's always left in a good clean condition. I cant say the same for the gents upstairs though but certainly nowhere near as bad as a subway restaurants toilets (the worst ever in my experience)
