Not once, but now twice this year, a delivery van from this store has hit my parked car. This time just driving off without stopping to swap information.

Generally a good selection of products, however the queue for customer service is always long. There never seems to be more than one person, so if someone has a problem you can end up waiting for 40min+

Massive place, I think you can find anything there.

An extremely large Asda with a Costa Coffee and McDonald's inside

Great super centre. Huge store all on one level. As per the Asda way such great choice and variety.

Kabba wanted it, furthermore did not succeed. If required video footage of this delinquent individual threatening a member of the public and getting swerved and lucky not to get folded I can provide this. ASDA Sort it out geeza can’t secure a sentence ?

Product these days are certainly becoming beyond the reach of the average working man . You don’t see whoopsies any more, and what’s reduced is product that you would rarely buy . Somehow the place has lost that bit of class that was once apparent but sadly missing now . Might suit some people , we all have a choice but not for me .

Had terrible experience. I usually do groceries online from Asda but this weekend I thought to do in shop but has very upsetting experience. I had issue with Dawn and go system but the lady checked my groceries and clear it and I paid £264 but when I wanted to make complaint to the member of the staff one of the staff member came towards me very aggressively and start threatening me infront of my kids. He followed me to the exit. My kids got scared. This behaviour is not acceptable. Worst experience. Terrible customer service.

I work in Scotland and get paid with Scottish notes.I never had a problem paying with Scottish notes but today in ASDA. They refused to take my money and were very rude. They made me feel like I was breaking the law.Never had such a problem with Tesco or Morison.Scottish notes are still pound sterling and still legal tender. The problem behind is that the staff is so lazy. they have to count Scottish notes separately and it's easier for them just to refuse customers. They said they don't care, I can leave the goods on the till.Shame on you Asda.

Awful supermarket, can't shop using the scanner without getting a quality check every time we go, made complaint to head office and got fobbed off with its random, is it heck, random isn't 25 visits in a row, got quality checked yesterday yet again, scanner was slow and we had problems, checked out full shopping as everyone else and the staff member had scanned an item twice when we looked at receipt after, gone very expensive, Tesco is now out regular supermarket where we don't get ripped off !

To the lady who was manning the Travel Money Kiosk on Monday 8th April 2024 at 3pm, sorry I didn't get your name but you were brilliant, this was my annual trip to your store to get Euros. The whole experience was professional and easy, I was the chap who we joked about being a solo traveler and preferred not to be bothered on holiday? She was excellent, a great example of super service. 10/10 :) I tried posting on ASDA's website, but I don't know store number or transaction number, so I failed in there.

Have on repeated occassions found out of date items on the shelf. Usually the precooked meals in the fridges so be warned. Pointed it out to a nearby worker and they shrugged. Also they need to put 2 people on the lottery/cigarette kiosk as often big queues at lunchtime with a spare till available.
