I came in Saturday for food and it was lovely can not fault that , can not say the same for the ginger woman working behind the bar she was very unprofessional seemed more Interested in male attention very rude , how this woman is allowed to work at this place is beyond me , I had few male friends that wanted me or another friend to go to the bar as they didn’t even want to approach her!! Apart from that woman it was a brilliant atmosphere.

Friendly place with lots of screens. Very roomy and has a very relaxing air to it. Parking scheme is a bit "forgetful" for casual users like me, but otherwise a great little pub near the Good Hope hospital.

Popped in with my parents as we waiting for hospital appointment for coffee and a beer for myself.Staff were very friendly and a nice atmosphere to the pub.The open fire was light whilst we there which made it really cosy .

Popped in to the pub tonight for a couple of drinks and must say what a lovely pub. Staff are friendly, atmosphere was great. Loved sitting by the open fire. Was so cosy!Will definitely be back.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Staff politely advised me to pop my registration in on the ipad on arrival at the bar.

A really decent local pub with a good range of beers a nice garden and the food is always nice.Parking: Don't forget to register your car on arrival using the little tablet on the bar

Staff very friendly, pleasant surrounding, toilets exceptionally clean.Food awful.Mine specifically, ordered steak & ale pie!Received lovely hot plate, and hot food, but .....peas were hard, mash was powdered, pie microwave HOT which leads to hard pastry. Gravy gloopy. So hungry and so dissatisfied. Worked in food industry 25 yrs. Proper potato would have been nice, home made pie lovely, peas fully cooked..easy to correct. Just keep it fresh, home grown can be just as cheap if you source them locally.Parking: Not enough spaces.
