Absolute disgrace ! Rude staff . Twice I’ve been there now and had food missing . Rang them up to resolve the issue for them to put the phone down on me . Will not be going there again . So to avoid disappointment go to McDonald’s ?

The customer service in this KFC is APPALLING, they lack respect for all of their customers and have no form of manners! The staff in this branch of KFC are absolutely abhorrent and don’t know how to treat their customers and show the same level of respect. Furthermore, the food given out to customers from this branch is nowhere near satisfactory and all they do is mess up customers orders and in return they give loads of attitude when they’re in the wrong! Even when they’re in the wrong for messing up constant orders they lack remorse and sorrow and REFUSE to apologise. The staff in this kfc are absolutely awful and I don’t know what pits of hell they ascended from because they need to go back there immediately!

Popped here for a half term treat ...it wasn't very busy and we did wait a while for our food ..but they did give us free popcorn for the wait ...

Shocking service..ordered from ubereats..came cold,fries crushed by the cold cans of pop thrown literally on top of the fries..box was crushed front the cans also..the meal had wrong items in the box meal..just don't bother from here as they never change no matter how many times you complaints still a terrible service and always delivered cold ..I don't know why I actually keep hoping it will be better but I definitely will never order from here again..

Usually great service and food, but I ordered a 10 piece bucket and clearly asked for 'not so many leg pieces... please' because I'd recently received a bucket with 'only leg pieces'. The guy who took my order this time relayed that to the preparer in the kitchen area who audibly confirmed 'Sure will put few legs in this one!'. Guess what... found 9 legs and 1 thigh piece upon arrival at home. Seemed spiteful or... they just have too many leg pieces at 10pm?!

I live 10 miles away. The place is always very pleasant, and I usually leave the house to have my meal there. Very peaceful and spacious environment. In addition to the staff being attentive. Went in for a takeaway. The order was ready in no time. Good service and lovely food.
Friendly enough staff , but sadly the food is not what it used to be the size of the chicken mini fillet was no bigger than a chicken nugget the bun was stale and the chips were inedible burnt and really dry also the 14 piece bargain bucket I ordered contained 4 breast pieces 5 drumsticks and the other 5 pieces were hot wings what the hell I paid for 14 pieces of chicken not 9 pieces and 5 hot wings which are a lot cheaper than the regular pieces, also when I went to the drive through and waited in line I was told that the cash machine to pay wasn’t working and I had to go inside to order our meals and pay inside , we didn’t realise how bad all the chips were and the quality of the food and hot wings instead of regular pieces until we got home.

It feels like they have been working on improving things and this now feels like one of the better KFCs around. Very good service, friendly staff. The chicken’s less greasy and the fries somehow better compared to many other branches and the taste is often very good, although I wish they were more consistent. KFC still having QC issues across outlets - this one is better than most. Toilets need more regular cleaning - taking 1 star off for that and the lack of consistency with food at times.

Just ordered a kfc for the first time in years and will NEVER ever order again, cold, soggy fries, overcooked, dry and old tasting popcorn chicken and genuinely flavourless fillets, the zinger burger had categorically no zing whatsoever, really really poor take away food. I will honestly never eat it again. Shocking. Ordered from princess Alice drive, if I could have given a 0 star rating O would have.
