we ordered off the mcdonald’s app, yet we received cold food, with food missing from our order, we also called the store over 3 times yet no one answered which is appalling.

Went via the drive Thru here. No queue so ordered and served straightaway. The burger was your typical Mcdonald's. Nothing special, appeared fresh, fairly hot, cheap and filled a hole for a bit.

Kindness always comes back

Awful, staff are rude, never get orders correct, been 3 times this month and each time they have missed an item from my order and each time I’ve pointed this out, I haven’t received 1 apology, it’s as if they do it on purpose. They literally have to read a computer screen and fill up a bag!I Will not be wasting my money here anymore. Burger King are so much better never miss off items you’ve paid for!

Absolutely horrible place for food, ordered £40 worth of food for my friends and half was missing, offered no refund and when I tried to call later didn't even answer my phone. I'm still waiting on my refund all of now. Food was cold. I hope people stop going here until they can sort themselves

Always very very very very busy at lunch times because of the school children who are allowed out and the college kids that are about all day long. The staff do an amazing job packing in all these orders and the service time is brilliant despite the suffocatingly closrophibic crowds that form by the tills and the ketchup/straw/napkin stationKid-friendliness: Unfortunately the iPads are broken in this McDonald's, and they don't always have the latest toys from the number of school/college kids that buy happy meals. They don't usually have the colouring stuff out and are very low on crayons. The staff are lovely to kids and will occasionally give out balloons

Sitting down for 25 mins waiting for one mc muffin while they churn out the uber eats orders. Better off ordering on an app to get your food timely

Ordered on the app driver went to the wrong place phoned me and said they are outside, I explained they were not, asked where they were I realised they were half a mile down the same road and tried to give directions, they argued that they were at the right place for 15 minutes before driving down the road and delivering freezing cold food, not good, never again

Three main meals missing, rest was cold, took over an hour. Terrible.

Food excellent. Clean and tidy.Missing items from the order, was greeted with a young girl behind the checkout with attitude and demanded to see the receipt to check said items were on the receipt. Customer service needs improvement and re training.

Claudia on the front was coughing into her hands then touching food and went out to the car park and came back without washing her hands and continuing to touch food. The coke and fanta weren’t fizzy. The wrap had barely any filling or sauce. Long wait for food. Chips were cold. Not good wont be going back.
