We went to Moor Hall Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and took advantage of a very generous offer they had. We enjoyed use of the spa which had everything we were hoping for: a steam room, sauna, pool and a jacuzzi. I also used the gym which was well equipped and had a variety of machines and free weights to use. Our evening meal in The Oak Room was delicious and we both enjoyed every course we ordered. The following morning we had an excellent breakfast too which had every element you could hope for readily available. Despite all of these positives, the main thing that impressed us was that every member of staff we interacted with was polite, cheerful and helpful. This can really make a difference and, at this level, it can often be what separates good hotels from excellent ones. Moor Hall Hotel and Spa is definitely in the latter category.

We had a great stay. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The carvery meal was delicious and as I am gluten free there were options and they clearly stated what was and wasn’t GF. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The treatments in the spa were great.

Just returned from an overnight spa break at Moor Hall which my husband & kids purchased for me for my birthday . Super easy to redeem & I upgraded to afternoon tea & the treatments to 40 mins. Super spacious room with a comfortable bed , huge bathroom & lovely powerful rain shower. The bathroom decor ( tiles ) could do with some work to make a bit more modern but it was super clean. I was a little concerned with the location of the bedrooms located (room 77) as it seemed to be really close to the main banqueting suite which was hosting a super large wedding ( congratulations to Heather & George ) , especially when we were there for a relaxing spa break but we heard no noise whatsoever & I was mindful of walking into a group of immaculately dressed wedding guests in their finery & a bride & groom whilst we were wearing our white robes & flip flops . Fortunately we didn’t really ‘get in the way’ of the wedding , plus it was a lovely sunny day so they were all outside . Spa massage was incredible with Grace & Catherine . The 40 minutes flew by ! Thanks ladies . We also arranged an afternoon tea . It was presented beautifully & the service was impeccable served in a gorgeous room . The swimming pool was a great size & had a great steam room & sauna. Carvery dinner was just amazing . Eyes bigger than our belly & we skipped dessert . 10/10 Great choice for breakfast ( buffet ) too Everyone we met was dressed immaculately & super friendly & plenty of staff to make our visit amazing. A fantastic spa stay at a beautiful hotel . Left feeling refreshed , super full of good food & drink . Thank you to everyone who made our stay incredible. 10/10 & highly recommended.

Room was comfortable with lovely shower. The lady in the spa reception was particularly helpful as we hadn’t been booked in. She managed to book us in even though the spa was full. We did not feel it was overcrowded when we used the facilities. Spa and treatment was very good. Steam, sauna and pool were very clean. They changed the water in the jacuzzi after testing ??. Lunch was gorgeous and dinner in the Oak room was excellent. The fruit platter was the best I have experienced. Duck cassoulet was also excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The ladies in the restaurant were very helpful.

Four of us had an afternoon tea to celebrate a 60th birthday. We were welcomed at The Oak Room by a lovely smiling face and the afternoon was just great. Tasty sandwiches, plain and fruit scones and a great selection of cakes. But best of all was drinks were not limited to one each as is the case elsewhere. 10/10

Our daughter celebrated her graduation at Warwick on the 24 July 2023...we had arranged an afternoon tea as part of our celebration. 2 of our party are gluten free and one is not keen on mayonnaise ..nothing was too much trouble. The sandwiches were delicious. The scones gluten free and normal were outstanding. Breakfast tea is lovely as was the cloudchaser loose leaf tea. The oak room was very nice with a lovely outlook. The chef prepared a congratulations plate for our daughter... a lovely touch. I need to also say that Debbie made a special occasion even more special. From the time we arrived until the time we left she was outstanding..if there is an award for employee of the year she should get it!

Went for Afternoon tea as a celebratory anniversary gift. We were served very efficiently by Charlie and Evie. Very polite and courteous members of staff. Will book again in the future. Lovely walk afterwards in the hotel grounds top.

I had my wedding here over the weekend and I honestly struggle to put into words how amazing everything was. The staff were amazing, everything ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were really big and had everything you needed in them, beds were extremely comfortable too. All my guests and family members mentioned that our wedding has been the best one they have attended and how beautiful everything was. Me and my bridesmaids also had a spa day with afternoon tea which was just beautiful, the massage was to die for and the afternoon tea was delicious. The Moor Hall team should be extremely proud of themselves and me and my family will remember it for the rest of our lives. Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone. Thank you again!!!!

Absolutely would stop again nothing was to much trouble, rooms were immaculate not one bit of dust anywhere and the food just WOW. Staff were polite and ready to help. Definitely stopping again. Stopped for 1 night had afternoon tea used the spa and had 3course carvery in the country kitchen restaurant all 3 were as good as the previous. Waking up next morning and going down for breakfast again a help yourself food was delicious. Whole experience just WOW.

Moor Hall carvery has gone downhill. Such a shame. The service was abysmal, from the start where nobody was there to seat us - and whilst ordering drinks, there were no pleasantries. Everything seemed too much trouble.I had to ask the waiter if he could explain to my guests (four) about the starter options. After the starter we were all queuing up for the carvery and no sign of Chef. Tick tick tick……After a good 10 mins, I asked a member of staff if they had seen him. No surprise they hadn’t but went to look for him and sure enough he appeared shortly after with a dish of carrots and put them in the Bain Marie. The main meal was okay, nothing to write home about, I didn’t have the pork but my guest explained the two slices she was given was mostly fat.Desserts were sitting in a cold holding area that we helped ourselves to so weren’t depending on the staff. The ambience was dreadful. One member of staff was sweeping the floor whilst we ate away. I had to wait 10 mins to see someone to ask for the bill.To summarise, I’ll NEVER go back

Love it here. 5th time back at the Spa. Friendly staff. Tidy clean facilities. The massage by Codie was bang on! Tough time for hospitality but they are getting it right with a blend of 4 star pomp and human interaction.
