Had a terrible experience at this forecourt and pursued a complaint via Shell UK. After 5 months they are still investigating and have come to the conclusion that they really do not care. One star is one too many i am afraid.

Always fuel spills on forecourt, never any gloved or tissues and staff are like robots. They are just either talking to each other or are plain rude. Never buy goods from the shop as they're ridiculously overpriced.

Ok petrol station with a good little shop, prices are always slightly above the local prices which is disappointing

Went to put my petrol in this morning I am disabled and I usually phne for them to come out and put my petrol. Myslf and husband been using this petrol station in Mere green, Sutton coldfield for 20yrs. This morning they didn't answer so I asked a customer to let them know that I was waiting for assistance. The customer said I will do it which was so kind, she told the them inside that I was phoning and needed help. The reply she got was disgusting and other customers also heard her reply was if the phone wasn't answered then I should have gone somewhere else we won't do it. Neve had discrimination in the way it was handled by one of your staff and should be sacked

Place and pumps are filthy, customer service under a corner carwash level, employee with no manners. Been using shell for ever even for my business, had business cards and everything. But this ugly ignorant and the state of the this garage is just pushing me away. I'll never use shell again, even if I pay more for fuel somewhere else and that's what I'm gonna advise my family and friends too. Big dislike!!!

Will boycott Shell from now on after kicking hardworking people in the teeth by announcing such kind of profits

From my own experience this Shell is a good place to top up with fuel, but I will bare the many responses with a Cashier who I presume I have not seen before.I would recommend people to come here off my own experiences.
