The long wait almost upto like 25mins for a 6 inch subs tuna kahuna seems like the store was running on just one person handling customers on front counter and online service had like upto 5 people in front of me coudl hear yhem getting frustrated too ,he didn't change his gloves also when coming to the salad section from the meat area.The guys was polite don't get me wrong but we as customer don't have like 20 min to wait around a for a cold sandwich to be made .when we just can pick one up elsewhere .

Ordered a BMT via the app, got chewy bread and meat toasted, but no cheese. Like blue-arsed flies, they just couldn't keep up with the online orders and customers. Unfortunately, a downward adjustment in demand will be coming soon. Never again.

I work very local to this branch and go once every week or so. Recently all the staff have changed and no one seems to know what they're doing. Up until now it's been great but I always have my usual sandwich (creature of habit) the Subway Melt. Apparently now they are no longer doing this sandwich??? It's been on the menu for 20+ years. Ham, Turkey and Bacon. Simple! When they finally made it, the bread was stale, the lettuce was old and the rest of the veg in the window looked dreadful. I'm not sure if there has been a change of ownership but it has gone downhill very quickly.

I have ordered from here twice giving it the benefit of the dout, both times the order has been wrong.Recently was the worst. Ordered a BMT with cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle sauce. When I received the sub it was literally just the bread and the meat and nothing else, Uber refunded me £3 and classed that as resolved even though I receive less then 50% of my sub, will not be reccomending or going here again.

I ordered through just eat, as it was 20 minute delivery. After 20 minutes, they changed the time again. After one hour I phoned them, they said that they had phoned me, which is not true. They then cancelled my order, as they could not fulfil it, very bad experience, will never order from them again

Friendly service however I hope this isn't a thing but my footlong was more like 10 inches and my 6 inch was more like 5 inches apart from that the sandwichs were fine.

They are very stinger with the wedges if you order a large it’s got about 4 more wedges than a regular and is a whole pound extra not worth it at all. Even a regular there’s about 5 wedges in there

My little sub roll did the trick. Roll included some material. I had a hearty serving of salad and some toasted cheese and ham. Love the subway rolls, so many options. Was split between that and the tuna and even the beef. even making vegan decisions today.
