Latest visit here was on New Year’s Day. The place is now pretty grubby, with dirty sticky seats, and just looks like it either needs a good deep clean or a full on refurb. Food was ‘ok’ - not amazing and lots of items were out of stock (no ribs or steaks - er hello? Doesn’t leave much choice does it!!?) We had 3 starters and 5 main courses, with a drink each. Imagine the surprise (i.e not a nice one!) when the bill came to £175! Be warned - £16 for a cocktail, £4 for a coke and over £6 for a beer … cheap it ain’t! This will be our last trip to TGIs

The food came out quick and the service from Lindsey was fantastic - it was nice have someone be ready with a refill drink instead of fighting to ask someone. I was shocked at the prices though since 6 months ago when I last came and will not return based on the prices.

Went for a treat lunch with my husband and my daughter. As the prices have increased we don’t come as often only for a treat. We got in around 12:45 and there were about 6 tables filled. Our waitress had 4 of them. We had our drinks order taken after 15 mins and our food order taken 10 mins after. Our starter and daughter’s food came out within around 10 mins which was great. More tables arrived and all seemed to be in our section and were running our poor waitress off her feet! There were always 3 staff members on the desk just standing around not helping her. We ate the starter and my daughter finished her food and after 40 minutes we still hadn’t had our mains and had watched families who arrived after us tucking into theirs. At 50 minutes after the starters I asked a waitress who was standing around who after 5 minutes came and gave us a cold burger and chicken strips as they had clearly been sat for a while. By this time our 5 year old was bored and we had to eat a full meal. The waitress did come and apologise say she’s got lots of tables to keep up with. We asked to order our daughter an icecream while we were eating however we were told a menu would come but it never did. We ate as much of the cold meal as we could and swiftly asked for the bill to leave. We won’t be returning. Not a smile on any face or any extra service apart from putting your plate down. We weren't even asked if we wanted sauce! Considering the prices have increased you’d expect the service to. We weren’t even told we could refill our drinks and we’d finished them after 30 mins but as they are £4 for a coke, we decided not to get another.

Stopped off for some drinks, Sam the Bartender was very knowledgeable and patient while we ordered and makes an awesome Old Fashioned

Anna was the positive of this experiance. She was attentative and couldn’t have done more. She was also kind enough to tell us that at 10pm that the car park wouldn’t validate if we were late even though they were open till 11. The car park needs addressing; as it’s not right. Spend over 300 and can’t talk for a while.

Megan had good hospitality, however there wasn’t no one to greet us, member of staff never acknowledge us until I made a point of at least show you’ve seen me but ur busy but you will see us, what’s worse the restaurant wasn’t busy. So coming from a customer base environment myself it wasn’t professional. But back to the positive food we’re all bought out together n we’re hot and like I said Megan had good customer service and the cocktails were fantastic left feelings good lol

Really lovely evening at TGI Friday’s. Great food and drinks, perfect for a Christmas meal out. Our lovely waitress Anna P added to our experience - very friendly and attentive.

Over priced macdonlds. Food is covered in sauces and over cooked. Took an hour to bring out the order too. Then they insisted on one bill which was then difficult to divide up with all the noise. I'd definitely not go there again.

Visiting at Christmas time has become a family tradition but sadly this visit was a poor overall experience. From arriving and having to wait at the door to be seated because there was no staff in sight for some time. Food came promptly but prices are way too high. The sesame chicken we usually have is now £20 which is terrible value. After our food was taken away we were again left wondering what happened to our server (Megan). No offer of extra drinks or to get the bill, we were just left for a very long time trying to catch someone’s eye to serve us. Eventually my wife had to stand by the till to settle the bill so we could go. The table itself was wobbly and covered in scratches and damage. Slow service, damaged table and highly overpriced food. We won’t rush back.

Love this place! The staff is great, and the food -- excellent. We always ate at TGIF when we were still living in the Philippines, and this branch made us feel like were back there. My husband and I will definitely come back here ?
