Perfect spot! For a summers evening or winters… beautiful outdoor terrace area overlooking the lake, with throws and heaters to keep you toasty on colder nights.Food was limited in the terraced area to more ‘boujee pub style’, unfortunately they don’t do Sunday dinners on the terrace area which we didnt understand as we were most looking forward to that? Service was good, table wasn’t cleaned when we arrived but they were busy.Won’t stop us from coming back! Looking forward to a summers evening here! ?Parking: Quite spread out and a walk to the pub. Not loads of spaces as gets busy due to walkers etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Roads to pub aren’t great, potholes everywhere and uneven surfaces!Once at the pub, accessibility will be all good.

We arrived early on Mother's Day and enjoyed a delicious three-course lunch. The guys persevered and made sure we had an amazing day despite the power outage. The crew and meal were excellent.

Pizza baked in a wood-fired oven was amazing when I had it on launch day.

Went to bracebridge for the first time under the new owners, this place has jumped up many levels. The duck dish was amazing as was the crab, service was brilliant, personal and friendly and the terrace looks really lovely.

We attended The Bracebridge over the weekend after its recent 2024 reopening and I’m delighted to see that it’s returned stronger than ever!As locals we’ve dined at this location for at least 7-8 years now, so it’s wonderful to see it return under new ownership with beautiful decor, a friendly team of people and delicious food. The lake views from this restaurant are just spectacular!I chose the fish & chips for my main meal. The fish was beautifully cooked, paired with chunky chips and a selection of delicious sauces (the curry sauce was a 10/10!). I then opted for the rice pudding dessert which was on ‘The Great British Menu’ and it brought back many happy childhood memories (so yummy!).The staff were really hospitable and were also very sweet with our young children. They enjoyed colouring in their children’s activity sheets and our little girls both gave their food a thumbs up! Their food was prepared just as lovely as the adult dishes. It’s great to have a restaurant in the area that has mastered both great service and delicious food (the Sunday roast looks incredible too - I’ll be returning on a Sunday very soon!!).Whether you’re looking for a date night meal, family occasion or Sunday Roast - I’d highly recommend this beautiful restaurant with the best views in Birmingham.

Great food and incredible venue, the new menu is short for restaurant but quality is very high. Looking forward to visit again for the terrace menu and enjoy the amazing

Newly OpenedUnder new ownershipClearly jumped up a few levels from the previous attemptsValue for the quality is pretty much spot on, not the cheapest place but clearly unlike the rest of the area they know how to cook and create great foodI had the monkfish main which was amazing my partner had steak which reminded me of Galicia northern Spain

Attended on the first week after the restaurant was taken over by new ownersClearly they have invested in ensuring the food and service was better then previously, the menu now makes sense and hits the site and as I work in the industry at a local Michelin star site it’s clear the team can book great food.Service was friendly and efficientFor week 1 they should be proud

Upon arrival was informed by "manager" that we had an hour and 45 to complete our meal as the table was required for the next guests, what a way to be greeted !The waitress had to ask another member of staff what the spreads were that accompanied the soda bread(turned out to be marmite !)No one asked how the meal was ,during service ,though we did inform staff at the end that the monkfish was cold.Didn't appear to have many vegetarian options, no specials board. No one asked if we would like coffee or cognac !!!For the money we paid ,not a great experience ...think i will take my service (and money) somewhere that actually likes Customers !Parking: difficult to find a space
