Came here for lunch last month, first time visiting in many years, Amy and Mel (I think?) were on duty and nothing was too much trouble for them, excellent service. Lovely food. So much so I came for a Mother's Day lunch yesterday and had the same excellent service and wonderful food. Will be visiting regularly from now on!

Best experience I’ve had in a long time!!Recently moved into the area and the crown is now our local pub which we can now call our regular visit.Shaun has been so welcoming and helpful, could not ask for better service.Definitely recommend, especially if you have a dog!

**Family-Friendly Gem**Venturing here for the first time with our family, including our lively 7-year-old and our furry friend, was an absolute delight. The spacious table area was a welcome sight, offering plenty of room for all of us. The food was delicious, and the staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. We found ourselves happily lingering from 2pm until 9pm, thoroughly enjoying every moment. We're already counting down the days until we can return. We couldn't stop raving about what a fantastic experience it was. This place truly exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed.

I’ve used this pub on and off over the years.I must say the new gaffer Sean, and the most recent staff are just lovely!!The place has a much more welcoming and chilled vibe.I walked off to talk to a mate, and left my drink on the table, just under half full.I was a bit gutted that it had been cleared away (my fault for leaving it)Bless Seanthought!!He gave me a whole new drink without giving it a secondFor me, it's the little things!!Harry and Dan are lovely tooOverall, if you're passing by, give The Crown a go!!Cheers Peeps
