I attended a Christmas party here, the service was great. The Christmas dinner was really good in comparison to mothers I have attended this festive season. The size of the portion was adequate. The table service was great, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. A rate service. The overall ambience of the venue is great, the lobby bar is really good, and they had a live band playing after the meal, which played into the early hours.Parking: Great ample parking with EV charging points, which was a bonus.

We had the Buffet meal tonight, there was a lot of choice the food was delicious. Our waitress June she was great, checked on us various times making sure we was happy with the food and if there was any issues she could help with. Really happy with her customer service and she made our experience most enjoyable! We will definitely be back soon!
Amazing service today from Alyson, Ali, Chloe and Michelle. Went there for a business meeting and Alyson went above and beyond. Was super pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Thank you ladies

Sarpal made my experience amazing!!! I hope I got her name right. She’s a lovely Asian lady who gave a great massage and the facial was also amazing. She was so professional and friendly. I feel totally relaxed now after those treatments. She is a real asset to your team. Thank you so much

We had excellent service from Lisa who used her initiative and was extremely customer focused. She was so helpful and a credit to the hotel. More staff like her! Also had great supper service from Kathryn and her team in the evening. And Callum, IT support also had a great customer focus and was very helpful.

Great meal with Sam In Sam’s bar! Thank you so much for your hospitality - would highly reccomend. We also had golf lessons at the driving lesson and yoga as part of a team day! Food was quick efficient hot tasty and great value, wine was also great!
