The woman on the self service checkout talking with other staff laughing and joking about whole you are waiting for assistance it's happened 3 times in the last few weeks she should be sacked.

ENTER WITH CAUTIONOn the shop left entrance there is an Asda sign made out of metal and dangerously at head height. A number of my family members have hit their head on this. It needs to be removed before it causes a serious head injury.

If you want Anxiety, this is the place to go.- Unsafe. Escalators are blocked so you end up with a conveyor of trolleys hitting you as you stumble off the escalators.- Signs all wrong.- Staff don’t know where things are.- Waiting 10 minutes for staff support on self scans.

Visited today, most of clothing area closed off, half the fridges empty, other sections of store closed off, gave me the impression that they either the store is closing down or not wanting our business in run up to Christmas.

inexcusable customer service, to be accused of theft when all items paid for and receipt given, no direct email address to complain, centre not answering phone. no stars but will not post

Rammed full with self-serve terminals and one member of staff running around like a lunatic trying to keep up with the barrage of flashing red lights. Bring back belt checkouts.

I've shopper regular at asda over the years but anyone who Uses the basket checkouts please beware you could be over charged twice and the customer service is rubbish blaming the mistake on the banking system. WARNING to anyone who buys special offers. Check at the til you're still paying for them offers because you could not nowing be paying FULL PRICE

DISGUSTING! I was using the price check option on the scan and go machine to then be told because I didn't check out with the scan and go I was banned from the store! When I asked for a manager all of a sudden the ban was lifted, but then all of a sudden I was told I'm banned from using the scan and go again! I then asked can I use my phone to check prices on the app to be told no! I was then questioned by an employee there who said why do I need so many of the same item! I said what's it got to do with anyone and she said well I have a big family and I wouldn't buy that much! It doesn't matter what I was purchasing as it's no one's business! Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour from staff today!I was then called a little boy for not accepting a ban which in itself is absolutely VILE BEHAVIOUR

Ive been shopping at this store sive it was builtIt used to have everything and was clean and fully stocked, and nowIt looked today like someone had burgled a dirty empty store and then they opened it up to costomersWhere do i beginThe carpark is a disgrace, broken bottles and McDonald's rubbish everywhereInside the store there's more stock on the floor than on the shelves, and whats on them isn't what you want with alot of empty spacesThe once clean floor is littered with rubbish and is black in some parts with leaking fluids not cleaned upBogeys and pallets in the Isles so you can't get by, even the staff are disillusioned and encouraged me to complainCome on people do you agree.

Massive store with everything all under one roof very often pop in here and with the new star points which is way better than any other rewards system at the moment I save heaps.
