Considering the size of this store it is bizarre how poor the range is. More than 2 aisles of confectionary yet they don't even sell couscous...

IV been going to this ASDA store since day one as i mean as a kid IM now 28 of age and the staff are pure scum no brain of a thing the lot of you and rude walking around with plastic bags acting like your doing something good IM a WORKING PERSON WITH A LOT OF MONEY one staff today told a security person that my partner didn't pay for her shower set i paid my Christmas stuff sepret and so did she Ow no security waiting at the DOOR stopped us we felt ebarssed wanted to check everything that DIRTY NITTY OF A SECURITY TOLD ME TO CARRY ON OUT SIDE AND ILL DEAL WITH YOUR PARTNER I DONT THINK. SO I AINT GOING NO WHERE CHECKED THE CCTV AND SAID OK YOUR GOOD TO GO WHATS ALL THAT ABOUT GET YOUR SELFS TOGETHER WAKE THE F UP AINT COMING BACK AFTER THAT I EARN MORE MONEY THAN YOU AND THAT NITTY OF A SECURITY PERSON EVEN IF YOU CAN CALL IT ONE ACCUSE US OF STEALING OUT OF HAND LOST A CUSTOMER FOR SURE ILL SPEAD THE NEWS DONT YOU WORRY GET YOUR SELF BETTR STAFF AND DONT ACT LIKE WE ARE POOR YOU SCUM BAGS LOT OF YOU.....................................

Went to collect my disabled mom's prescription for the woman to speak very loudly about what it was which is a very personal matter. Other customers was looking at me as she was doing this. And my partner went a couple days ago to get our new baby some bottles and he was texting me, the security guard approached him and accused him of doing a drug deal inside the shop, he then proceeded to try to throw my partner out because of this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have been going to this shop for years and have never experienced such disgusting behaviour. The security guard didn't even apologise for the accusations either. Disgusting.

Fed up of going in this Asda after work around 5pm and the shelves being empty. Barely any meat, always items missing. Yet piles of stock at the end of aisles on pallets waiting to go out. Sick of going in after work and not being able to get stuff to make meals as there is nothing on the shelves!

Disgusting store staff are rude ask for a carrier bag made to feel like a thief staff scan them for you at self serve might as well put all maned tills back in Asda what charity do you donate your carrier bag profits too and as for the fuel station they take around 20p before the fuel comes through is this an advertised service charge and never are all the pumps working !!!! Waste of time

This is my local store where I shop daily. I find most of the staff friendly. But today staff on till named Yvette was very rude ignorant thinking of racism with me as I am Asian. As customer after me was a white lady whom she was chatting away with. When I came next she ignored me. And she rushed to scan my shopping very fast and I told her to be careful as I got glass bottles but she just smiled at me sarcastic and ignored me. She did not say what was the total cost and how I want to pay. I could see the amount showing so I paid by card still she ignored me. After another staff came on her till I asked that staff what was her name who first served me I then told a supervisor what happened my experience and they passed on what I told them about Yvette. I then went to my car to put my shopping in the boot. I sat down to get ready to go. As I was sitting down I can see Yvette coming towards my car and she aggressively said to me don't ever come by me again. I was so shocked felt she was warning me scare me. Another car next to me gentleman said he witnessed her behaviour and was shocked and commented if it was his mum she would have slapped her for her rude behaviour. I was almost in tears and raised a complaint to the store manager. I don't feel comfortable going to this store again as I felt threatened.

Although my main shopping is at Tescothis is my 'go to ' store for top up, Always friendly and has a great range for a smallish store, other nearby Asdas are rubbish!

I've allways shopped at tipton asda used to go with my mom when the store first opened and been going ever since but lately when I've gone my shopping has got less and less either nothing on shelves or never got what I want but today was the last straw I went to the store and filled a small trolley with the things they did have what I needed normally its a big trolley fill went to the tills at 7-56am they said we don't start on tills til 8amso I thought we'll 4mins to wait not too bad they did say I could do the self service tills but I won't do those on principle well 8am came and went it so I asked again the staff member said they're not open til 8-15am as no one was available I by now it were nearly 8-15am there was no sign of anyone coming on the tills yet staff were standing around laughing and talking and two were smirking at myself and my hubby well that did it I left trolley by tills and walked out in disgust I will never go to that tipton store again when I've gone to other stores they've gone and got a staff member to serve on the till if someone asks when they're open I am annoyed and disappointed in tipton think they all need a course in customer care

Coseley is worse than Tipton as there is never any staff at coseley so yourestoid at self serve waiting if something doesn’t register. Coseley is my local but won’t use that any more so stuck with Tipton next nearest. Thinking of changing to Aldi to be honest as cheaper and well staffed.

This place is a joke they advertise coors light promotion online and they never have them in stock aswell as being understaffed poorly stocked shelves and I mean poor.overpriced with 1 checkout staffed think I'll stick with morrisons always very well stocked and staffed
