Sat down for a mixed grill food didn't seem right and when it come out chicken was under cooked pink inside, the rest of it didn't smell right. The lady serving was very nice but honestly stay away.

Car park tiny full of local drug dealers have to park on road. No heating very cold, the owner arrogant ignores you hes a bit tight.. Place is filthy, salad was a week old, and how expensive is this place i think the cost of living hit the place more then others.

Went here for a late night meal with friends on a Friday. Ordered one chicken balti and one meat balti. Both were bland, horrible and had a yellow look to them. They had a lumpy appearance to them, which resembled a daal dish, but there was no daal in there. Fries were bitter, which indicated that they hadn’t changed the oil in a while. The laminated menu’s had dirt stuck to them and are in dire need of a wipe down. Place is a shambles.

This place was recommended to me by a friend who used to go there about 5 years ago so I thought I’d try it. I ordered a chicken Balti vindaloo. I was advised by the manager that that was far too hot and I should order something milder. I ordered a Madras, which he still said would be too hot. The dish came out, and in all my years I have never seen a curry as yellow in colour. It was bland and tasteless. The worst I have ever had. Had we not of paid our bill ( so expensive) on ordering we would have walked away, and rightly so. Unless you like bland food don’t go there.

Ladies Toilets locked, no reason. Main hall very poorly lighted, almost dark.The good lighting is always the spirit of any business,,,,it is essential everywhere. The restaurant needs 8 refurbishment ,SPECIALLY interior. Meals and prices acceptable.Keep lightly warmed. the main hall. Excellent principle, offering FREE tea at the end of the food,,,but the kids are ignored,,,could be added mini icecream for the little ones,that would attract the families and make happy the children as well as parents,,,,,,thanks and good luck.Kid-friendliness: Kids need always a special attention. I would prefer a free ice cream for kids instead of a free hot drink for parents. The children SPECIALLY protested on being ignored,,,,I think they are completely right.
I had a lovely evening at this restaurant. I ordered a lamb karahi, egg fried rice, a peri peri burger and a mixed grill. I don't get what those 1 star reviews even mean, the food here was cooked exquisitely. The price may be a little hefty but trust me it will be worth it. They also have a large dining area in the back so it's suitable for party's and weddings. Definitely coming back another time.

I ordered mixed grill it was fresh and so tasty we always go Birmingham to eat mixed grill but their rates and food quality is very reasonable ? please make sure you go with your family to eat nobody makes that nice mixed grill in dudley but darbar mixed grill is excellent
