Overall my experience was pretty poor. Not the first time I have been here but it will be my last. 6 staff at the front too busy talking and giving free food away to there friends. Food did not taste fresh.

Disappointed with my recent purchase and drive thru experience. Customer service is very poor and retrain required for staff members especially those frontline doesn't set a good image as staff are rude and unprofessional. After purchasing our order of family feast buckets, drinks and sides. On return to our house and discovered the\\nlongest black hair entangled in the mash potato absolutely disgusting on every level. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager to let them know of my finding in the mash potato which was for the family and children. Disappointed was an understatement. I also mentioned that staff have their masks under their chin and not wearing their mask they should the manager said they should be wearing them. Disappointing experience not likely to use this kfc in great bridge again until standard's and service improves.

I have just been to the KFC branch, Great bridge. Got home to find the meal was not what I ordered and the bun was rock hard. Normally have decent food from here not this time.

The usual kfc. Bonus was I didn't have explosive diarrhoea an hour after. Maybe that's maccies that does that to me cant remember. Would be 5 stars but the gravy was too watery.

Awful. I got back home with my order and my son found a plaster in his flamin’ wrap and a portion of chips were missing. To find a plaster in any food is disgusting. I then proceeded to call the restaurant at least 10 times without any response ... id be greatly appreciative if this could be rectified .....
They forgot the kids chips in their meals so had to share my large chips out between the 3 of us... Mini fillet that came in box meal was more coating than actual chicken - plus points my big daddy burger was nice and my wife said her smokey BBQ twister wrap was good too.
