I presume it is the owner that is a complete bully. I hope the young girl that was working there last night has left because the way she was spoken to was appalling. After confronting him about it, he still continued to argue back and wrongly blamed the young girl for slow service. What we witnessed was bullying and I hope someone reports him!

How can you justify charging £3.40 for a cone of chips and £3.90 for a regular bag of chips..when I can go to Fridays chip shop in Brownhills and only pay £2.50 for a regular bag daylight robbery and greedy you deserve to go out of business with them prices..how can you justify from £2.50 to £3.40.for the same regular bag of chips

Called in while passing, was hungry but wished I had'nt bothered, ate in the van straight away but pie was cold, chips were tasteless. The fish had a very strong taste so wasnt fresh, dog didnt seem to mind tho. Definitely wont be calling in again when passing. Overpriced to boot....

Absoloute shambles placed order via Uber - 90 mins later rang shop spoke to a very mouthy staff member denied receiving order told me to ring Aldridge chippy !! They don’t know anything either calls first shop back 3 different stories - then gets told it’s gone out //: more lies chased up again no record of it ever going out What in the world is going on there Manager offers free meal next day ??- you couldn’t make it up

20 min wait in shop, not a problem they were busy. Mixed meat and chips. Chips hot, all the meat was stone cold!! I live 30 seconds from the shop. So not the travel getting it cold. Not impressed.

Went at lunch time today had chicken and mushroom pie Absolutely freezing cold perhaps owner was worried about £5 pound minimum spend in card perhaps he should pay more attention to the temperature of food he is serving to the public avoid at all costs

3 times I have ordered from this place now, being my local is like to support it but each time it has gotten worse, the food is always soggy when delivered and usually like warm but today it was stone cold, ordered through just eat spent over £15 to be offered a £4.69 refund !!! I will not be returning and will let everyone know how bad it has got

Second time in a row been disappointed with our order and will not be ordering from here again! Fish was dry, kebab hardly any salad or sauce, last time no salad with the kebab at all. Second chance but wished we’d ordered from somewhere else!!!
